Starting in Hanoi we arrived at Vancouver airport at 19:00 and would fly the next day at 14:00 to Mexico. Perfect schedule for a night in the hotel. The Check inn was fast. We got an offer for diner and breakfast. But not that hungry so we decided to skip it and eat some simple breakfast on the airport itself the next day. If you are hungry and have time, it looked like a nice deal. Look up the deal before you go so you know if you want it. The room was clean, big and had good wifi. The location is perfect, you get your bags and walk to the hotel. No need for transport or go into the cold. Only the room felt cold. We put the heater on 26 Celcius, but i think it just got 18 celcius. That is cold when you stayed in Asian heat for a few months. But we had a perfect sleep in a big warm bed and started the rest of our journey refreshed.

Very good.  it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window. Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included … I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee … The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down  I am impressed and very satisfied

- located in a vantage point that is very close to all conveniences, such as Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants; - nice and comfortable apartment that commands a lovely view of Vancouver downtown; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses and duvets;You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - a wonderful indoor pool! The best hotel in Vancouver!

Bequem Bett, große Auswahl an Kissen. Badtube aus Datum und nur eine Bar zu hängen Handtücher - die bereits voller sauberer Handtücher war. Hat keine Nachbarn und bequeme Anfragen gehört!

Amazing stay – highly recommended! This place was fantastic! Free parking with plenty of space, and the building is new, clean, and very comfortable. The room had a modern TV and even a Bluetooth speaker, which was a nice touch. There’s also a kitchen, so we could cook our own meals – super convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We didn’t try the water slide, but it looked like so much fun – perfect for kids! If I ever visit Kelowna again, I’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

Ich war sehr froh, dass es eine direkte Verbindung vom Flughafen zum Zug gab, der mich bis zur Hotellobby brachte. Ich musste nicht weit laufen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und es gab ein Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels. Ich werde definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer war groß und es gab auch einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee sowie Kaffeetassen und Teetassen. Der Safe im Zimmer ist einfach und leicht zu bedienen. Hausschuhe sind im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, Sie können diese an der Rezeption erfragen.

Wir hatten einen Abendflug und kamen gegen Mitternacht im Hotel an. Die Dame am Check-in-Schalter war schlecht gelaunt und unfreundlich. Am nächsten Tag war zufällig ein kanadischer Feiertag, und der Concierge schien sehr beschäftigt zu sein. Sein Verhalten war noch schlechter, und er war sichtlich unzufrieden, an einem Feiertag arbeiten zu müssen. Meine Frage war ganz einfach: Was kann man als Neuankömmling an diesem Feiertag in der Stadt unternehmen? Seine Antwort war noch viel einfacher. Beide wirkten emotionslos, unfreundlich und nicht bereit, unsere Fragen zu beantworten.

My husband booked a two night stay at Painter's lodge for my birthday. Apparently the lodge is under new management and just opened 2 days before our stay. This lodge must have been quite the hotel in its day. It needs a lot of work and with love and care I think it will reach its original beauty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not up and running but we were offered a continental breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola bars and juice. The location was perfect and the decor was lovely. It felt like time had been turned back to a wonderful era. Lots of history displayed on the walls. We had a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)
