We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Bahrain. The location was perfect for us with the Manama Souk and Bahrain Harbour area nearby. There were many good restaurants on site and nearby. It was also close to lots of cafes and shops. In the near future there will also be a metro station nearby. Check in at the hotel was smooth. We were even able to add on a breakfast for our last day and make adjustments to our reservation request in person. We rented a car and the valet service was very good during our stay. We booked a king bed room and it was nicely appointed. They had a couple of nice chairs, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge with bar and a table side console that controlled the lights and temperature throughout the room. The TV had screen mirroring and Bluetooth features that were easy to connect to. Our room had a large fruit platter which had perfectly ripe fruit and we were delivered 3 small chocolate platters during our stay because of Eid celebrations. The pillows were a little soft for us but they have a pillow menu that we utilized. Our room was very quiet for most of our stay but our neighbours above and beside were unexpectedly loud the last night and we had to call for assistance a couple times. The bathroom had very nice products including lotion, body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The shower was nice too but when using the rain head we found the water leaked out very easily and made the floor wet. There was a speaker in the bathroom but we could not figure out how to connect to it. The pool area was awesome and relaxing on the rooftop of the Regency tower. The hotel had two pools but the one on the mezzanine level by the restaurants was closed during our stay due to Ramadan celebrations that had just finished. The pool had lots of different day bed options, large towels and some very good cocktails including one of the best Pina coladas I've had in the middle east. The wifi was good throughout the hotel but it was a bit spotty in the corners at the pool. The change room had lots of lockers and large shower stalls that had the same nice products from the hotel bathrooms. They have a large health club/gym in this area too and a racquetball court. Manama is a foodie paradise and there are many top notch restaurants around so we opted to eat offsite for most of the days. We did try the breakfast on our last day and we paid 12.5 BHD per person. There is a good spread including pastries, cheese, eggs to order (including a very good shakshuka), western breakfast items, three kinds of bacon (including pork), pork sausage to order and a good honey selection. The best part of breakfast was the fresh juice. They offered us late check out which we appreciated and it was easy to check out at the counter but the valet service was very busy just after 1 pm and the traffic made it difficult to get out and to the airport in the rental. We spent maybe an extra 10 minutes to get out but every other day we had zero issues using the valet and roads nearby. The stay at the Intercontinental was very relaxing and we felt refreshed for each day exploring Bahrain. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bahrain.

Wenn Sie jedoch nach dem Nachtleben suchen, ist dies eine gute Lage. Das Zimmer war schön dargestellt, aber die A/C war entweder außergewöhnlich kalt oder, wenn Sie gewählt, um es auszuschalten, kondensierte buchstäblich von den Wänden. We stayed at Sunday Luxury Downtown Adliya on 19 July 2026, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. As regular guests, this hotel has truly become our favorite place to stay in Bahrain. Every visit is consistently enjoyable. The suite was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are always warm, courteous, and attentive, and they consistently provide excellent service. We also love the hotel’s location, which is close to many great restaurants and cafés while still offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and that’s why we keep coming back. We highly recommend Sunday Luxury Downtown Adliya to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and exceptional hospitality in Manama.

The hotel is located at the coast of Persian Gulf that makes it a benefit for those who is looking for nice beach vibes with all its charm. Rooms are spacious with Arabic flair in its design. Breakfasts are both scarce and poor, especially considering the high accommodation costs. Additionally, the hotel offers a sauna room but it was out of order during our stay in January. At the late hours we relaxed and smoked a shisha and tasted a draft beer. Shisha was all good. Didn't enjoy the beer, it's not something I'd recommend especially with its prices around 5..7 BHD.

Ich bin mit dem Hotel Hilton in Bahrain vollständig zufrieden. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Aussenpool, was jedoch mit der begrenzten Grundstück Fläche zusammenhängt.

I stayed here for two nights during a short visit to Bahrain, mainly looking for an affordable option as many hotels were quite expensive. To my surprise, this hotel turned out to be a very good choice for the price. The room was huge, with a big king bed, a nice lobby, and helpful staff. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the bathroom, which didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the room, and the shower door had gaps that made the floor wet. The location isn’t the best, but in Bahrain it’s manageable since taxis are easy to get and distances are short. Overall, great value for money if you’re looking for a comfortable stay without high expectations.

Solider Wert für Geld. Dank aller Mitarbeiter haben wir und insbesondere das Frühstücksteam geholfen. Viele Pflege wurde von uns gezeigt! Das Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, hatte alte Möbel, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich plus viel Aufmerksamkeit von dem Zimmerserviceteam. Sie werden sicher wieder hier bleiben. Die Zahnbürsten im Zimmer würden unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machen, aber wir brachten unsere Proben nicht.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Mit dem heißen Wetter war es ein vielfacher Park groß! Es ist grundsätzlich, dass im Zimmer geliefert wurde, aber sie antworteten schnell auf unsere Anfrage, wann immer wir es brauchten. Zwei Nebenwirkungen waren das Klimaanlage war laut, und die Matrix war nicht komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es für Geld wert.

Ich habe eigentlich für das Standardzimmer gebucht, aber sie geben uns Standard-Studioraum, aber wenn ich reserviert habe, gibt es kein schmerzhaftes Studiozimmer.... Es ist nicht gut... weil es sehr unkomfortabel ist....
