Everything was simply delicious—from the food to the service to the overall vibe. UMPHHH! ✨ Five stars all the way! The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every meal was a highlight—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, and the entire property had a refreshing, modern feel. Amari Dhaka truly knows how to deliver comfort, class, and culinary bliss. Can't wait to return!

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Der Raum ist groß und durchgängig, die Layout ist vernünftig, einige Zimmertypen haben ein unabhängiges Wohnzimmer, eine Terrasse und eine einfache Küche, Kühlschrank ist komplett ausgestattet und das Haus ist reichhaltig. Das Fenster des Landhauses ist direkt gegenüber der Landschaft des Flusses Yunnan, die Tages- und Nachtschiffe fahren, die Nachtblick ist wunderschön, die Betten sind weich und sauber, die tägliche Pflege ist sorgfältig an der Stelle, die Wohnkomfort ist sehr hoch. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die chinesische und thailändische Küche ist komplett, die Speisen sind frisch, die Landschaft des Flusses kann am Fensterplatz mit dem Essen verblüffen und es ist eine gute Erfahrung. Der Blick auf den Obergeschoss ist offen, der Pool mit sich selbst ist ein Bar, der Freizeit ist sehr komfortabel, die Einstellung des Hotelpersonals ist höflich und enthusiastisch und der Service ist rechtzeitig aufmerksam.

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

Not Coming Back !!!! Weird Guest Policy Ruined It I stayed at Raintree Dhaka on a recent business trip. The hotel itself was fine—clean, decent service, and a good location. But one ridiculous rule ruined the whole experience. I had a few local friends drop by to see me, and the hotel staff flat-out refused to let them into my room. Why? Because we weren’t married. Yes, seriously they asked for a marriage certificate just to let a friend visit. Apparently, at this hotel, you’re only allowed to talk to your wife in private, not your friends. 🤷♂️🤭 The worst part? No mention of this anywhere during booking. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have booked here at all. Policies like this need to be clear upfront ,especially for international travelers. Never staying here again. If you’re planning a visit, bring your passport, luggage, and apparently… a marriage certificate.!!

Das Ambiente des Hotels ist insgesamt recht gut, wenn auch nicht mit den InterContinental-Hotels in China vergleichbar. Es ist groß, die Umgebung relativ sauber und ruhig, nicht laut. Das merkt man auch an anderen Hotels: Es liegt zur Straße hin, was schwer zu beschreiben ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, und obwohl die vielen lokalen Gewürze für manche ein Problem darstellen könnten, ist die Auswahl in Ordnung. Für einen Aufenthalt in Bangladesch bin ich mit der Unterkunft und dem Service recht zufrieden.

能忽悠，給我安排很小的房間，每天説給我換房，都不給換，我説再不換，我找攜程投訴，然後很快給換了，他們是有空置房的，所以，感覺不爽，下次要換別的酒店了。 他們衞生也從來不打掃的

habe mit dem diensthabenden Manager hart um eine um ein paar Stunden verlängerte Check-out-Zeit verhandelt. habe eine Massage für 1,5 Stunden gebucht, die Dame wollte 20 Minuten vorher duschen. keine gute Erfahrung. aber sie haben mir trotzdem 1,5 Stunden berechnet.

The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.
