We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

Großes Flughafenhotel mit bequem Zugang zum Flughafen Melbourne. Ich habe dieses Hotel für meinen Boss und ihr Kind reserviert, und sie waren sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt. Eine gute Wahl für Familien und Reisende, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens suchen.

Die Lage ist top! Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Während der Osterfeiertage hatten zwar alle lokalen Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen, aber das war kein Problem, da wir direkt neben Chinatown wohnten! Die fleißigen Chinesen hatten alle geöffnet, wofür wir super dankbar sind, sonst wären wir wirklich verhungert! Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch sehr gut, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war genau wie beschrieben und mit Kochtop, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank brauchte nicht die ganze Zeit aus. Personal am Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich und nichts war zu viel Probleme für sie. Das Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das flashigste Hotel, aber es ist großartig für Geld und in einer tollen Lage mit einem Zugstopp direkt außerhalb der Vordertüren, empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel.

Lage: Der Bereich Box Hill, in dem sich das Hotel befindet, ist ein Treffpunkt für Chinesen, sodass Sie vollständig in das häusliche Leben eintauchen können. Das Hotel liegt am U-Bahn-Eingang von Box Hill. Es ist sehr bequem, auszugehen und man kann rund um das Hotel viele Supermärkte sowie viele chinesische Restaurants und chinesische Supermärkte erreichen. Ausstattung: Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, auch die Ausstattung ist sehr neu. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es sich bei dem Herd tatsächlich um Erdgas handelt, das sich sehr gut zum Kochen chinesischer Speisen eignet. Ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küchenutensilien und Toilettenartikeln. Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, lag auf einer oberen Etage und hatte eine sehr gute Aussicht. Obwohl es während meines Aufenthalts in Melbourne windig war, war der Lärm akzeptabel, nachdem ich die Ritzen in der Tür mit einem nassen Handtuch verschlossen hatte. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon und Fenster, die für gute Belüftung und Beleuchtung sorgen. Service: Ehrlich gesagt handelt es sich bei dem Hotel um eine Apartmentresidenz. Es gibt keinen sogenannten Rezeptionsservice und auch die Öffnungs- und Schließzeiten der Rezeption sind sehr genau. Dadurch konnte ich die Rezeption nachts nicht erreichen, sodass ich keinen besseren Service erwartet habe. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr kostengünstig und eignet sich besonders für Familien, da es über zwei Schlafzimmer verfügt. Allerdings liegt das Hotel weit von der Stadt entfernt. Die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn dorthin ist sehr durchschnittlich, sodass Geschäftsreisen etwas unbequem sein werden.

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

Es war mein drittes Mal hier und sie sind nicht enttäuscht. Zimmer ist sauber und glatt. Frühstück ist guter Qualität. Toiletten müssen immer angefordert werden - es ist nicht immer bequem, besonders, dass Sie es täglich brauchen und Sie 2 Wochen bleiben.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Though some of the hallway decor feels slightly dated, it genuinely adds to the classic, old-world character of the property rather than detracting from the overall guest experience. One of the standout features of The Victoria Hotel is its excellent guest facilities. After a long day of exploring the city's sights, having access to an indoor heated rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center was an unexpected and delightful bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. It provides a comfortable, safe, and incredibly convenient base for anyone wanting to experience the best of Melbourne without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation and would gladly stay here again
