We arrived after office hours and appreciated that the check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow. However, the park's location is a bit far from supermarkets and major attractions, which made getting around less convenient for us. The facilities are mostly shared and not quite suitable for our needs. Unfortunately, all better-equipped units were fully booked, so we couldn't upgrade. We also found the Wi-Fi signal in the room to be quite weak. Due to these factors, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after just one night.

I’ve stayed at these apartments a few times because of the stunning. This apartment was on level 63 facing out towards the city and Riverside. The apartments is stunning. It has a full kitchen, and laundry with a modern bathroom. Separate bedroom. Both the bedroom and the lounge have have amazing views of the city and river this apartment. Your site parking is $45.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Wir hatten ursprünglich zwei Nächte gebucht, konnten aber wegen unseres Kindes nur eine Nacht bleiben. Eigentlich hätte die Unterkunft ein Kind gar nicht aufnehmen dürfen; es stand deutlich, dass Kinder unter 18 Jahren nicht einchecken dürfen. Ich gebe mir selbst die Schuld, dass ich das nicht genau gelesen habe. Der Besitzer hat uns aber trotzdem eine Nacht bleiben lassen, damit wir nicht auf der Straße schlafen mussten, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Vielen Dank, Brisbane ist toll!

Für die letzte Etappe unserer Reise kehrten wir ins Star Grand Brisbane zurück und wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Von den stilvollen, komfortablen Zimmern bis hin zum freundlichen und professionellen Personal – alles an diesem Hotel vermittelt das Gefühl eines luxuriösen Zuhauses fernab der Heimat. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Betten unglaublich bequem und die Lage ist ideal, um alles zu genießen, was Brisbane zu bieten hat. Es war der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen nach unseren Reisen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die kostenlose Snack- und Getränkebar, obwohl eine nette Geste, wurde während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts nicht aufgefüllt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie aufgefrischt worden wäre, vor allem, da wir mehr als eine Nacht blieben. Hoffentlich wird hier nachgebessert. Abgesehen davon hat es das Gesamterlebnis nicht getrübt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The elevators are from the time that elevators were not invented yet, there is even a lovely ghost sound when it shuts the door. The bed is small incredibly small, the room is small, the towels are small, even for me that am small. There was no space in the parking (probably is also small), though they have 3 teenagers working there, and I was advised to park in the public parking across the street that closes at 11pm, and you cannot take you car off. The rooftop bar doesn't exist. The carpet has a lovely amount of hair from the time the elevators were installed (maybe belonged to the ghost)... They couldn't link my accor accounts and none of my member benefits were provided.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt – die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und unterhielten sich mit den Gästen, wodurch eine herzliche und einladende Atmosphäre entstand. Ich war zufällig an meinem Geburtstag dort, und die Rezeption gratulierte mir beim Einchecken – eine so nette und aufmerksame Geste, die mir den Tag versüßte. Es war auch sehr praktisch, dass Getränke und Eis an der Rezeption erhältlich waren. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years. The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full. Without this drama, this hotel is good.
