Hotels mit Pool in Qark Tirana, Albanien

Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. Beim Check in lag dem Hotel angeblich keine Info über unseren Zimmerwunsch vor, als der Kollege nachschaute war der Zimmerwunsch doch vorhanden und man bemühte sich ein passendes Zimmer für uns zu finden. Das hat dann auch alles geklappt. Das Zimmer ist schön und modern eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und groß, das Bad fand ich allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zeitgemäß. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, der Bacon wer kalt und die Eier lauwarm. Das Hotel lag etwas außerhalb, der Fußweg in die Stadt dauert ca 20 Minuten ( zum Skanderbeg-Platz). Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt der in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend war.

Die Landschaft in Tirana ist sehr schön. Der Mann an der Hotelrezeption war sehr begeistert. Er half mir, meinen Koffer zu tragen und zeigte mir, wie ich zum nächsten Supermarkt komme. Er kann Ihnen auch ein Taxi rufen, was großartig ist.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Aber in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs. Der Stadtbus 5B bringt Sie für 40 Lek ins Zentrum. Vereinbaren Sie jedoch vorab eine SMS mit dem Flughafen, sonst zahlen Sie 20 Dollar für die Fahrt zum Hotel oder in die Stadt. Das Hotel war für das gebotene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super, obwohl ich das Frühstück für überteuert halte. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche fantastisch, und ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber es war ein schönes Hotel und sehr praktisch, wenn Sie mit dem Bus ans Meer fahren.

upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. Das Hotel ist großartig im Zentrum von Tiarana gelegen. Um das Herz der Stadt. Einfach allein zum Stadtpark und Parlza zu gehen. Alles ist guter Service, die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haben Sie ein großes Frühstück und Kaffeeraum. Reihen Sie einen angemessenen Preis für die Reise. Zimmer ist sauber und jeden Tag haben einen Helfer das Zimmer zu reinigen. Bett ist super komfortabel. Wird wieder kommen.

Heureusement que le personnel est très gentil et serviable car il y a eu pas mal de désagréments durant le séjour. Mention spéciale aux femmes de chambres qui sont toujours très souriantes et qui sont aux petits soins. La jeune fille au bar est aussi très gentille. Le Check-in n’a pu se faire qu à 17h car une panne de courant empêchait de savoir quelle chambre nous avions. Cette même panne apparement nous a empêché d’avoir des wc fonctionnel jusqu’au 2ème soirs. Nous n’avions presque pas d’eau froide et devions prendre la douche très chaude, pas très agréable quand il fait plus de 40° dehors. La clim ne fonctionne pas très bien mais c’est supportable. À partir du 3eme jours l’ascenseur était en panne. Nous n’avons pas ouvert la fenêtre de la chambre car l’odeur était insupportable et le bruit de l’autoroute également. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon et suffisant. La piscine est vieillissante, les photos datent d’il y a longtemps. Dans l’ensemble c’est correct pour le prix et surtout grâce au personnel qui est très gentil et serviable.

Loved the pool and vibe there! A quick bus ride to the city centre (Skanderbeg Square) and buses 8 and 11 both go there (40 lekk in coins to catch it) and a good store across the street and a pizza calzone place up the street. If walking, I recommend walking from the square rather than to the square as going to the square is uphill. A nice place overall! :)

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in der Nähe von Restaurants und Cafés. Nehmen Sie einfach den Flughafenbus ins Stadtzentrum (400,00) und steigen Sie dort in den orangefarbenen Bus Nr. 15 um. Fahren Sie drei Stationen und nutzen Sie dann Ihr Navigationsgerät, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist brandneu und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer könnten etwas ansprechender gestaltet sein. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut.

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach Big rooms, good hot water pressure The hotel restauranthas amazing food and it's cheap!!!!
