Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. Soins et spa très appréciables. Intérieur et extérieur bien entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel très professionnel. Seule déception la piscine, elle mérite une rénovation totale (manque par endroit des petits carreaux et du ciment colmate tant bien que mal l’ensemble des divers usures) , bien dommage nous n’en avait pas profité.

Once we got checked in we were extremely happy. We love everything about the place! The problem was communication with Trip.com and the hotel beforehand. Trip.com sent an email saying the property does not have a front desk, and to contact the property for detailed instructions on how to check in. It provided this email to contact the property: ************************************************ When I sent an email to that address I got a reply in Chinese. When translated, it said they did not have my reservation, and to provide booking number & check in/out dates. I sent that information several times, and always got the same automated reply re-asking for booking number and dates. I finally called Trip.com, who contacted the property. They immediately replied, giving me the information I asked for, and telling me they do have someone at the front desk until 5 pm. Their message came from a completely different email address. I suspect that the email provided in the Trip.com message was incorrect. This added a lot of undue stress to what should have been a simple straightforward communication.

Der altmodische Aufzug war interessant! Das Dreibettzimmer war recht groß, aber die Aufteilung etwas ungewöhnlich; es gab einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der nicht genutzt wurde, sodass die tatsächlich nutzbare Fläche recht klein war. Die kostenlose Minibar war eine nette Geste, und es gab reichlich Wasser! Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. In Genua ist es recht schwierig, ein Taxi zu bekommen. Falls nötig, können Sie die Rezeption bitten, Ihnen ein Taxi zu rufen oder Ihnen den Weg zu beschreiben. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr geduldig und freundlich. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

Freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereites Personal, angenehme Gemeinschaftsräume, die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war ruhig. Eine gute Option für ein oder zwei Nächte, wenn man besondere Ansprüche hat.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, ich weiß, dass wir am nächsten kalten Tag noch mehr Schichten von Schleifen nehmen werden. Und sehr sicher, es ist nicht so, dass es in lv das Zimmer gelegt wird. 300 m vom Bahnhof entfernt, kann man etwa 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof erreichen. Wenn Sie nach Cinqi Village gehen, können Sie hier leben.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, in der Nähe der wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen, des Flughafens und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, einschließlich einer Busbahnhof in der Nähe. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Gemüsegeschäfte in der Nähe von Spaziergängen, sowie viele gute Restaurants, Cafés und lokale Straßen-Essen. Es ist sowohl in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Konferenzplatz, so dass es einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel kann zunächst etwas schwer zu finden sein, wenn Sie nicht mit den umliegenden Straßen vertraut sind, aber es ist sehr nahe der Hauptstraße, so war dies nur eine kleine Frage. Das Personal war freundlich, responsiv und hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Aufzug, der besonders bequem war, wenn man mit Gepäck reist.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage an der Hauptstraße, verfügt jedoch über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Parken am Tor ist nicht sehr praktisch, daher muss man im unabhängigen Parkhaus auf der Rückseite parken, was etwa zehn Euro pro Nacht kostet. Wir waren nur kurz dort, das Zimmer war sehr schön und wir haben gut geschlafen. Besonders loben möchte ich das für europäische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltige Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Gerichten. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön, wie ein Zimmer in einem Film. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut und beantwortete alle meine Fragen. Insgesamt ist es ziemlich gut, nichts auszusetzen, außer dass es ein bisschen teuer ist.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Booked a room with a balcony, so worth the extra fee. Try to reserve a higher floor, as some traffic from the small roads around but not excessive. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice. Continually replenished. No kettle in the room, but reception when asked provided one for us. Nice to have a cuppa on the balcony before going out. Loots of local restaurants , il Patio was lovely. Also there is a bar up on side of cliff harbour which has seating outside overlooking the bay, fantastic views at dust with a nice glass of wine. Sea front only 3 min walk from the hotel, you can catch the boat to Portofino which is a lovely way to experience Portofino.
