Da es unsere Flitterwochen waren, war dies unsere erste Buchung und es war nahezu perfekt. Die Lage war nicht ideal, da es abgelegen war, aber das Hotel war sehr schön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten.

Toller Aufenthalt im Hotel! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich und bietet einen Whirlpool mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Von Anfang bis Ende lief alles reibungslos. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr sauber Apartment mit wunderbaren Blicken, das Bett war sehr komfortabel, Tee- und Kaffeemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und ein TV. Das Frühstück war verschieden und füllt mit hervorragender Service. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit mit einem Taxiservice, der großartig war. We would definitely return for a lovely, quiet relaxing stay. It is a little’out of the way’ but definitely worth the stay .

Der Flughafen Athen ist seit Langem mein Tor zwischen Irland und Israel, und das Sofitel ist die einzige wirklich komfortable Option für einen Zwischenstopp mit Übernachtung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – man verlässt einfach das Terminal, überquert drei Zebrastreifen und ist schon in der Lobby. Das Hotel ist definitiv 5-Sterne-Standard und das merkt man an Sauberkeit und Komfort. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und ruhig, und ich habe den kostenlosen Kaffee und das Wasser sehr geschätzt. Allerdings sind die Preise hoch. Normalerweise kostet es etwa 400 € pro Nacht für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, ich konnte aber unter der Woche für etwa die Hälfte buchen. Immer noch teuer, aber ich wollte Komfort – und den habe ich bekommen. Bei der Buchung war nicht eindeutig ersichtlich, ob ein Zustellbett für mein Kind inklusive ist, und weder Trip noch das Hotel haben auf meine Nachricht geantwortet. Letztendlich haben wir das Bett aber ohne Aufpreis bekommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht im hohen Preis inbegriffen, und 30 € pro Person erschienen mir übertrieben, also haben wir darauf verzichtet. Auch die Speisenauswahl ist überteuert – 22 € für einen „griechischen Salat“, der seltsamerweise mit Ricotta serviert wurde. Wir haben uns schließlich bei Burger King am Terminal etwas zu essen geholt – deutlich günstiger. Der Innenpool war sauber, aber das Wasser kälter als erwartet und er recht klein. Die Dusche hatte schwankende Wassertemperaturen, was zwar etwas nervig, aber für eine Nacht akzeptabel war. Insgesamt: Für ein Flughafenhotel ist es sehr praktisch und komfortabel, aber die Preise für Essen und Extras sind meiner Meinung nach übertrieben.

Wir kamen vor der Check-in-Zeit an, aber das Zimmer war fertig, sodass wir sofort einchecken konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war nicht so toll, aber das lässt sich nicht ändern. Ich habe mich auch gefreut, eine Espressomaschine zu sehen. Gute Lage, Plaka ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab das Problem, dass sich der Türknauf im Badezimmer leicht lösen ließ, aber das hat keine Probleme verursacht, also bin ich trotzdem dort geblieben.

Das Hotel liegt nur einen Spaziergang vom U-Bahnhof 3-minute, was es sehr bequem macht. Es ist auch einfach, den Zug zum Flughafen von dort zu nehmen. Wir hatten einen Abendflug und kamen nach Mitternacht an, aber der Selbstkontrollprozess des Hotels war klar und bequem. Wir waren mit süßen Süßigkeiten im Zimmer, das sauber und modern eingerichtet war, zufrieden. Es hat auch alle notwendigen Gegenstände, die wir benötigten, bereitgestellt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.

The location is great as we’re surrounded by restaurants and minutes’ walk to the vibrant city. We selected a room with an Acropolis view but it’s really just a tiny glimpse of the Acropolis in between buildings. The balcony was not very clean so we didn’t stay out much but the room was clean enough. Thanks for complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 for our honeymoon but too bad we don’t drink 😅 Some local desserts would be nice 😊

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????

Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return. I booked a single room and it was larger than expected and the bathroom had a bath. I was on the 9th floor. The room had a city view which was unexpected. There was air conditioning, a kettle a fridge and plenty of space for luggage. There was no coffee available only T. So I bought my own. There was a range of shower wash and body cream. The soap was olive oil soap and very nice. The water in the fridge was not complimentary and I had to pay for it when I checked out. I didn’t book breakfast. It was quite noisy at times on Floor 9 with screaming children and young men congregating chatting and being loud. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well in it. The plug sockets were not near the bed. The pool at the top was brilliant but it was very busy. The views were spectacular and the food in the bar was very good. The staff in the bar were very kind. The hotel is very well situated near train stations but walking is much more interesting! There are some great shops and markets in the area and museums are not far away. It takes about 20 mins to walk into the centre if you enjoy your walk. I recommend junk shops on the walk to the Acropolis.
