The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate and the location was great. The room and bathroom were tired and old.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. my wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend break at Ropewalks. the hotel was centrally located, which suited us as we were away without kids and wanted to make the most of that. breakfast was your standard fare, but there was a chef cooking to order. the service staff at breakfast were excellent. would recommend for a boozy city break. thr hotel is neat to a lot of late bars and night clubs which was noisy and may be an issue for some travelers.

Es ist das einzige Hotel auf meiner gesamten Reise nach Großbritannien, in dem die Getränke in der Minibar kostenlos sind (eine Dose Mineralwasser und eine Dose normales Wasser). ), 1 Dose Orangensaft und 1 Dose Limonade. Auch das italienische Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gegenüber dem Museum und dem Meer sowie der Beatles-Statue, was zum Einchecken sehr praktisch ist. Nebenan befindet sich das größte Einkaufszentrum in Liverpool, das First Department Store, wo Sie essen, einkaufen, Wasser kaufen und spazieren gehen können! Es hat plötzlich geregnet und das Hotel kann per Selbstscan einen Regenschirm für ☂️2 Euro für 48 Stunden mieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, das Wäschewaschen ist bequem und das Waschbecken ist groß und bietet reichlich Wasser. Am nächsten Tag war alles erledigt. Das Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock, es gab keine Bananen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Koch sie extra an unseren Esstisch gebracht. Auch Haferflocken gibt es hier.

Das Rezeptionpersonal ist sehr willkommen und hilfsbereit. Nichts ist zu viel für niemanden stört. Unser Zimmer Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und wir wurden angeboten, irgendwelche Artikel im allgemeinen Kühlschrank im Rezeption zu halten. Schönes Hotel und ruhig. Kann man irgendeinen Zuglärm hören, der zu erwarten ist, an der Tür zu Lime Street gelegen. Ideale Lage, um Liverpool und Gepäckservice zu erkunden war ein Bonus. Würde hier wieder bleiben.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!

It was lovely being in Liverpool it’s a nice place and the hotel too buh some delay on house keeping and I didn’t like where my room was located,they should give a chance of opting a preference..

Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld wert, obwohl die Lage nicht so praktisch ist, wie wir dachten, aber dennoch nicht sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum und dem Einkaufsviertel entfernt. Und das Beeindruckendste ist, dass das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, perfekt für preisbewusste Reisende.
