The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the price. However, there are a few things that other guests might want to know. First, only one elevator was working, so there was quite a long wait, especially during check-in and check-out hours. Perhaps this was just a temporary inconvenience during my stay, as I was only there for one night. Second, I was a bit surprised by the requirement to provide a credit card at check-in, even though all my details were already provided through the booking service. However, this was easily resolved by leaving a 115-euro cash deposit, which was returned upon check-out. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and the climate control and beds were of a good standard. I would also like to highlight the excellent soundproofing, which ensured a good rest. For the price, it is a very decent option.

This is a quiet hotel compared to Salvador BW location and nearer to the train station and less modern than the Salvador location. Salvador location is closer to the shopping street and right beside the main road. There is no toothbrush/paste, pls bring your own. Comes with 1B1S towels and 1 shower cum shampoo gel. 2 complimentary mineral water. It is easy to walk to the shopping street. The smell of the hotel is really nice.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut und sauber. Das einzige, was war, dass die Rezeptionszeiten richtig kommuniziert werden müssen. Wir sind mindestens eine halbe Stunde vor den angegebenen Schließzeiten angekommen, aber noch keiner da. Als wir durch trip.com buchten, erhielten wir nicht die Anweisungen zum Safe, wo sie alle Schlüssel für die „späte“ Gäste zerstörten. Aber offensichtlich waren wir nicht einmal spät, wie erwähnt, wir kamen vor der Rezeption Schließzeit. Dankevoll trafen wir einen Gentleman, der den Sicherheitskodex hatte und wir konnten unsere Zimmerschlüssel holen

Alles bestens. Halal-Restaurants in der Nähe. Bahnhof, Petite France und Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I do want to! I spent 3 lovely days in this beautiful house, absolutely loved every minute of it! The host Philippe is a very kind, sincere and warm person, I felt at home! The room and common area were very clean and well decorated. Thank you again Philippe for the hospitality, I’ll definitely come back again during summer.

In der Nähe der Station sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, und selbst ohne Kühlschrank werden sie Kühlgegenstände auf der Rezeption lagern. Ich habe auch die Kühlprodukte gehalten. Das Badezimmer ist kompakt, aber nach dem Badewanne groß genug, um einen zu beherbergen. Angesichts des Preises ist es ein sehr dankbares Hotel. Das ist sehr hilfreich, weil ich in der Schlafzimmerwelt einen Drink trinken kann. Vielen Dank.

Der Zug und der Bushaltestand waren in der Nähe, so dass der Zugang gut war. Ich habe nicht Frühstück gegessen, aber es gab eine Backwaren in der Nähe, so war es einfach zu kaufen. Im Hotel ist ein Aufzug, aber wenn Sie das Hotel von außerhalb des Hotels einreisen, gibt es etwa 10 Schritte, so müssen Sie Ihre Tasche hoch.

Nice and comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was a good choice for a short stopover.
