Sehr empfehlenswert! Wegen der Staus auf der gesamten Strecke von Chengdu und dem Aufstieg auf den Balang-Berg kamen wir erst um 22 Uhr im Hotel an. Butler Tian begrüßte uns sofort, und schon beim Eintreten waren wir von der zenartigen Atmosphäre des Hotels fasziniert. Er bereitete für jeden von uns eine Tasse Tee zu, was ein sehr herzliches und einladendes Erlebnis war. Tian erklärte, dass das Wasser für den Tee aus dem Haizi-Tal am Siguniang-Berg stammt, einem Bach, der direkt neben dem Hotel fließt. Er sagte, das Trinken dieses Wassers könne den Körper stärken, sodass man sich keine Sorgen um Höhenkrankheit machen müsse. 😄 Der Porridge zum Frühstück war ausgezeichnet; ich nahm zwei Schalen davon. Es gab auch Wan Tans, Gerstenkuchen, Honigwasser und vieles mehr. Alles, was man sich wünschte, wurde von Tian persönlich zubereitet. Es war ein wirklich unvergessliches Frühstück, und die Umgebung war atemberaubend, mit der Aussicht vom ersten Moment an. Butler Tian gab uns außerdem hervorragende Reisetipps. Angesichts des Andrangs an diesen Tagen besuchten wir zuerst das Changping-Tal und fuhren dann frühmorgens ins Shuangqiao-Tal. Es war eine perfekte Kombination mit einer einzigartigen Landschaft.

Wir haben für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel geblieben und eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist günstig in der Nähe von Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, so dass es einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, was sehr wichtig ist, vor allem wenn Sie mit einem Baby reisen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie erinnerten uns, dass wir nicht auf unsere Haare weichen, während sie duschen, um das Risiko von AMS zu reduzieren. Als unser Baby am Abend nicht aufhörte, zeigte sich das Personal große Sorgen sie angeboten, unser Baby ins Krankenhaus zu nehmen und Sauerstoff zu liefern, da sie sich Sorgen über AMS hatten. Wir fühlten uns wirklich gut betreut. Sehr empfohlen, vor allem für Familien, die mit jungen Kindern reisen.

The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. Nach meiner Rückkehr aus Lhasa habe ich mir extra für einen Kurzurlaub in Chengdu entschieden. Meine Wahl fiel auf Qintai Meisu, ganz in der Nähe der Kuanzhai-Gasse. Eine brillante Entscheidung! 📍Die Lage ist fantastisch: Die Kuanzhai-Gasse ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, und in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend, sodass man sich keine Gedanken über die Fortbewegung machen muss. Wenn Sie das Flair von Chengdu erleben möchten, ist dies die perfekte Wahl. 🏠Die Hotelatmosphäre ist fantastisch: Die Einrichtung im tibetischen Stil ist so charmant, und jedes Foto in der Gästelounge ist fotogen! Das Beste daran war, dass ich kostenlos tibetische Trachten tragen durfte, was sofort Erinnerungen an meine Reise nach Lhasa weckte. Das Zimmer hat außerdem einen Balkon, sodass ich bei kühlem Wetter einfach mit einer Tasse Kaffee sitzen und tagträumen kann. Die Reisemüdigkeit verfliegt sofort. Dieses Gefühl der Ruhe und des Genusses ist so angenehm. 💖Der Service ist herzerwärmend: Ein besonderes Lob gilt den beiden tibetischen Damen im Hotel! Sie waren herzlich und großzügig, und ihr Service war unglaublich aufmerksam. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir einen Tisch voller Geschenke: Da wir wussten, dass es auf der Straße laut sein könnte, bekamen wir Ohrstöpsel und eine Augenmaske; außerdem gab es Hada (ein traditionelles chinesisches Khata) als Symbol des Segens und ein paar unglaublich leckere Snacks. Alles war liebevoll präsentiert, und ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Dieses wunderschöne Hotel machte meinen Aufenthalt in Chengdu zu einer Wohltat. Die Lage, das Ambiente und der Service waren tadellos. Es steht jetzt auf meiner Must-Stay-Liste in Chengdu, und ich werde es bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder wählen! Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die eine Reise nach Chengdu planen!

Der Wind bläst Tausende von Gipfeln und Wellen auf, mein Herz wird von einem halben Eimer Rauch und Wasser gewaschen und der Himmel und die Erde sind klar. Als ich nach dem Heimweg fragen will, beginnt der Mond gerade über dem Waldrand aufzutauchen.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und eine automatische Toilette, was bei kaltem Wetter ein Pluspunkt ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Es gibt viele Restaurants nebenan, und wir genossen auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und half uns bei der Ticketbuchung und bot einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Jiuzhaigou an. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Ort ist nicht schwer zu finden, man muss nur im Ritz Carlton und gleich nebenan aussteigen. Das Hotel ist geräumig und die Betten im Apartment sind wirklich bequem. Wir haben jede Nacht so tief und fest geschlafen. Die Badezimmer sind sauber und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat sogar ein Bidet. Die Küche war mit Utensilien ausgestattet und wir haben die Waschmaschine wirklich genutzt. Das Einzige, was man im Apartment tragen muss, ist, dass man immer die bereitgestellten Hausschuhe tragen muss, da das Housekeeping den Boden nicht reinigt. Der Service des Rezeptionspersonals ist fantastisch, die Antworten sind prompt und sie geben ihr Bestes, mir zu geben, was ich brauche, und man ruft fast sofort nach der Zimmermädchen. Sie haben mir auch geholfen, mein Taobao-Paket abzuholen, das fälschlicherweise nebenan abgeliefert worden war, weil sie Angst hatten, ich würde verloren gehen, was ich wirklich zu schätzen wusste. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Rd, Peoples Park usw., recht schnell und bequem über Didi. Wenn Sie hungrig sind und nichts bestellen können, gibt es unten eine kleine Imbissgasse und einen BBT-Laden. Sehr einfach! Insgesamt 10/10.

One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!
