die Anlage liegt sehr schön und mitten im Regenwald. Es ist atemberaubend grün. Die Rezeption ist beeindruckend und sehr ästhetisch. Mein Zimmer war gross, das Bett bequem und die Ausstattung gut. Jedoch roch es im Zimmer ein wenig feucht und auch das Bettzeug fühlte sich ein wenig Klamm an. Die Klimaanlage wurde erst eingeschaltet, als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Ansonsten liess der Service für mich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich fühlte mich – auch über WeChat. - immer wie ein Bittsteller oder Störenfried. Es wurde nur sehr lustlos mit mir kommuniziert. Ich weiss nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass ich kein Chinesisch spreche und man keine Lust darauf hatte, über die Übersetzung Tools mit mir zu kommunizieren, aber ich fand es äusserst unbefriedigend. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und offensichtlich bestellt man sich einen Caddy, wenn man von Arnach B kommen möchte. Dazu hatte ich über WeChat eine Telefonnummer erhalten. Leider funktionierte das Telefon in meinem Zimmer nicht, so dass ich die meisten Strecken zu Fuss zurückgelegt habe. Zum Glück war mein Zimmer nicht allzu weit vom Restaurant abends) und vom Frühstücksrestaurant entfernt, so dass das o. k. war. Bei der Abreise jedoch wollte ich über WeChat den Transport für mich und den Koffer bestellen und ich erhielt keine Antwort. Da das Telefon auch nicht funktioniert, musste ich meinen schweren Koffer die rutschigen Treppen hinunter transportieren und ihn selbst zur Lobby schieben, wo ich schweissgebadet ankam. Lobend zu erwähnen ist das Spa, indem ich zwei ausgezeichnete Massagen erhielt, mit einer sehr fähigen Masseurin.

(Copy and paste of my other review of this hotel on the same week. Trip asked for a review because we extended our stay as the hotel itself, was superbly and utterly LOVELY and PERFECT). Me and my wife arrived at this placed, distressed because our previously booked hotel was less than stellar. Like I mean dude, a big no. It was around midnight that her and I arrived, walking from the other hotel, hoping to take a look at the hotels room that are available. We called the hotel and quickly was answered by this young woman who was kind enough to invite us over to take a look. When we arrived, this super petite young woman, whom we spoke to over the phone, immediately greeted us and welcomed us and proceeded to show the rooms of our choice. She was simply amazing and she had the most humble approach to us. After seeing the rooms, we decided to take it. It was beautiful, it was stunning, it was better than all hotels we have stayed in lN CANADA. Thats right, the rooms in this hotel? It is simply TOP NOTCH. We went to our distressed previously booked hotel immediately and gathered our belongings. Upon our return to HuaYi hotel, we checked in and checked our room. To our surprise!?!?!?! We have been placed in a 2 bedroom suite. 2 BEDROOM +living room!! At first, we were shocked because thats not what we paid for, so me and my wife went downstairs to check if we got the right room. The young tall man and the young petite woman said we have been upgraded to this room as the room we have selected prior have been fully booked and an error occurred on their end. They were very apologetic but we're very grateful for our patronage. But being Canadian as I am, I made sure I showed my appreciation to their efforts every single day I see them. This room we stayed at, was by far, the best hotel room we have ever stayed at in our life. Our son had his own bedroom suite complete with his own bathroom and toilet and own door lock. We had a nice large living room completely with a kitchenette area (not really for cooking but for stowing away drinks). My wife and I had a huge master bedroom completely with a fully decked out stone washroom with a dyson like performance hair dryer. The mirrors are all equipped with LED and just the overall feel exudes LUXURY. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and also very convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. This hotel was so impressive that we actually extended our stay. The swimming pool was clean, the laundry was great, the parking underground was secured and ample. This hotel is simply PERFECT. I will always stay here whenever we visit.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

Der größte Verkaufspunkt des Hotels sollte eine Meeresszene sein, und schließlich ist dieser Preis ein hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Meeresszenenbaum. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine offene Küche, mit einem großen Kühlschrank, geeignet für Familien und Kleinkinder. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das ist lobenswert. Ort, an dem Verbesserungen erforderlich sind: der Wasserdruck des Badegewebes ist zu niedrig; es gibt keine einmaligen Schleifen und einmaligen Zahnfässer; jederzeit muss ein Parkgebühr gezahlt werden.

Проживали в аппартаментах, остались очень довольны. Просторно, уютно. Постельное и полотенца идеально чистые. Все необходимое для жизни есть (стиральная машинка, холодильник, сушилка, кондиционер, плита, посуда). Хозяйка доброжелательная, всегда идет на встречу. Территория шикарная, ухоженная, везде очень зелено, есть несколько детских площадок,, пруды с рыбками, есть где посидеть и подышать свежим воздухом. На улице идеальная тишина, поют птички. Встретили какого-то бурундука, ящериц. До моря идти недалеко, минут 10 прогулочным шагом. Если поедем еще в Ялонг бей, то обязательно будем жить именно в этих аппартаментах.

Dieses Mal habe ich in Sanya im Sunset Dome King Room übernachtet und es hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Das Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk, sehr ruhig, und die weißen Gardinen wehten im Wind, was besonders malerisch war. Man konnte vom Bett aus die Wellen und den Sonnenuntergang sehen 🌅, und der Balkon war auch wunderschön. Nachmittagstee trinken und dabei das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten war so entspannend. Das Smart Home System war sehr praktisch, und es gab einen riesigen Projektor – ich wollte überhaupt nicht rausgehen. Der Strand war direkt unten, abends war dort viel los, und der Butler war auch super, antwortete sehr schnell und war 24 Stunden erreichbar. Nächstes Mal möchte ich wieder hier wohnen.

Das Hotel verfügt über 6 Etagen und einen Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich groß und mit großen Fenstern, einem Queensize-Bett mit zwei Kissen, zwei Nachttischen und einem runden Tisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet. Standard-Pflegeprodukte inklusive Pappbechern sind vorhanden. Im Waschraum stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Bad und WC sind separat, inklusive Badewanne, Handtüchern und einer Badematte. Der Bereich ist klein, aber ausreichend. Es gibt einen separaten Nassbereich für Bad und WC. Eine Regendusche ist nicht vorhanden. Große Hausschuhe und ausreichend Kleiderbügel und Haken sind vorhanden. Die Steckdosen sind etwas ungünstig platziert. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Volkspark und ist gut gelegen. Busse fahren in alle Richtungen, einschließlich Bahnhof und Flughafen. Zahlreiche Imbissstände, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr beliebt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut.

Das Meer in der Xinqun-Bucht ist wunderschön blau. Es trägt den Beinamen „Glasmeer“ und ist nicht sehr belebt. Es ist sehr gemütlich, hier spazieren zu gehen, Fotos zu machen und etwas zu trinken. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar Urlaub machen. Strandbar, Surfen, Außenpool. Grillen, westliche Küche. Hier gibt es alles. Hier herrscht das echte Slow Life. Kein lästiges Herumlaufen an den großen Check-in-Schaltern, hier wird man satt. Ich mag die Chefin sehr, sie ist sehr schön und hat einen europäischen und amerikanischen Stil. Sie hat auch eine tolle Persönlichkeit und mir sogar Obst geschenkt. Das ist keine Übertreibung! Ich fühle mich wie im Urlaub im Ausland. Ich werde es nie leid, eine Woche hier zu bleiben. Die Freude, gleich nach dem Aufwachen das Meer zu sehen. Diese Gastfamilie ist eine echte Überraschung dieser Reise. Hier kann man den ganzen Strand genießen, ohne dass es überfüllt ist. Man muss im Voraus buchen, sonst ist es fast unmöglich, ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

Dies ist das beste B&B, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Der Butler-Service ist auf höchstem Niveau. Das B&B hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und liegt ganz in der Nähe der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten B&B! Es ist das Meer! Wenn ich noch einmal nach Sanya komme, werde ich mit geschlossenen Augen wieder in dieses Restaurant kommen! ! ! Ich habe es vorher nur für eine Nacht gebucht, aber dann habe ich es für drei aufeinanderfolgende Tage gebucht! Perfekte Erfahrung! ! ! ! Liebe es! ! ! !
