Haustierfreundliche-Hotels in Hainan, China

Hallo, wir hatten schon lange geplant, dieses Hotel zu besuchen, da es sehr schön aussieht und gute Bewertungen hat. Tatsächlich ist das Hotel aber recht alt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und die Anlage ist wunderschön, was einen guten Gesamteindruck vermittelt. Allerdings erscheint der Preis für das Gebotene etwas überhöht. Im Restaurant bestellte ich zwei Weingläser aufs Zimmer, aber eines der Gläser entpuppte sich als Aschenbecher. Anscheinend hatte es niemand vor dem Servieren kontrolliert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte kaum, und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nutzlos, da er überhaupt nicht kühlte. Wir wollten um 18:50 Uhr am Buffet zu Abend essen, uns wurde aber mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant bereits geschlossen sei. Die Qualität des Essens war auch nicht besonders gut. Alles in allem, trotz der schönen Umgebung und des höflichen Personals, möchte ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

(Copy and paste of my other review of this hotel on the same week. Trip asked for a review because we extended our stay as the hotel itself, was superbly and utterly LOVELY and PERFECT). Me and my wife arrived at this placed, distressed because our previously booked hotel was less than stellar. Like I mean dude, a big no. It was around midnight that her and I arrived, walking from the other hotel, hoping to take a look at the hotels room that are available. We called the hotel and quickly was answered by this young woman who was kind enough to invite us over to take a look. When we arrived, this super petite young woman, whom we spoke to over the phone, immediately greeted us and welcomed us and proceeded to show the rooms of our choice. She was simply amazing and she had the most humble approach to us. After seeing the rooms, we decided to take it. It was beautiful, it was stunning, it was better than all hotels we have stayed in lN CANADA. Thats right, the rooms in this hotel? It is simply TOP NOTCH. We went to our distressed previously booked hotel immediately and gathered our belongings. Upon our return to HuaYi hotel, we checked in and checked our room. To our surprise!?!?!?! We have been placed in a 2 bedroom suite. 2 BEDROOM +living room!! At first, we were shocked because thats not what we paid for, so me and my wife went downstairs to check if we got the right room. The young tall man and the young petite woman said we have been upgraded to this room as the room we have selected prior have been fully booked and an error occurred on their end. They were very apologetic but we're very grateful for our patronage. But being Canadian as I am, I made sure I showed my appreciation to their efforts every single day I see them. This room we stayed at, was by far, the best hotel room we have ever stayed at in our life. Our son had his own bedroom suite complete with his own bathroom and toilet and own door lock. We had a nice large living room completely with a kitchenette area (not really for cooking but for stowing away drinks). My wife and I had a huge master bedroom completely with a fully decked out stone washroom with a dyson like performance hair dryer. The mirrors are all equipped with LED and just the overall feel exudes LUXURY. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and also very convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. This hotel was so impressive that we actually extended our stay. The swimming pool was clean, the laundry was great, the parking underground was secured and ample. This hotel is simply PERFECT. I will always stay here whenever we visit.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

Das Apartment-Hotel ist in einem kleinen Bereich, normal. Der größte Verkaufspunkt des Hotels sollte eine Meeresszene sein, und schließlich ist dieser Preis ein hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Meeresszenenbaum. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine offene Küche, mit einem großen Kühlschrank, geeignet für Familien und Kleinkinder. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das ist lobenswert. Ort, an dem Verbesserungen erforderlich sind: der Wasserdruck des Badegewebes ist zu niedrig; es gibt keine einmaligen Schleifen und einmaligen Zahnfässer; jederzeit muss ein Parkgebühr gezahlt werden.

фото соответствует действительности. по хорошему - квартира требует косметический ремонт. кровать большая, удобный жесткий матрас, не продавленный. диван по возможности заменить. хозяин по просьбе предоставил необходимую посуду - кастрюлю и блендер. даже когда отключили газопровод (ввиду замены трубопровода), предоставил электрическую печку. также как-то не было напора воды, хозяин прислал работника, тот проверил, что села батарейка для счетчика воды, заменили батарейку и вуаля. главное - не стесняться и говорить обо всем хозяину. решает все очень быстро. по просьбе предоставили электрический мопед за адекватную цену, что очень удобно посетить ближайшую округу и местные деревеньки. расположение до моря - 1 километр. совсем рядом остановка автобуса. две едальни - рядом, одна поближе, рядом с озером, вокруг которого хорошо совершать вечерний променад, вторая немного подальше, не доходя до моря. территория жилого комплекса ухоженная, удобная, есть бассейн. понравилось сама территория по сравнению с другими, рядом расположенными жилыми комплексами (осмотр уже на месте). в целом - рекомендую.

Dieses Mal hat es meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen, das Design ist einfach wunderschön... ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. **Ausstattung:** Alles da! Gemeinschaftsbereich, Fotobereich, Nachmittagstee-Bereich. Und in meinem Zimmer gab es sogar zwei Badewannen/Pools, inklusive Badeschaum – ein Bad am Meer, dem Rauschen der Wellen lauschend, war einfach unglaublich 🌊! **Sauberkeit:** Alles war strahlend weiß, wirklich sehr, sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass die Betreiber sich große Mühe geben! **Umgebung:** Perfekt für Fotos! Wirklich absolut fotogen!! Mein Vater sagte sofort nach dem Einchecken: „Es ist so traumhaft, wie in einem Traum!“ Da wusste ich, dass ich diese Unterkunft absolut richtig gewählt hatte!! Das beste Zimmer, das ich je hatte!!! **Service:** Die Dame an der Rezeption informierte mich geduldig über die Nachmittagstee-Zeiten, die Zimmereinrichtungen und so weiter. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach den Fotobereichen fragte, war sie sehr freundlich~ Und man konnte jederzeit Dinge wie Pflegeprodukte bekommen. Ich dachte schon, ich stelle zu viele Fragen, aber sie war immer noch sehr aufmerksam. Eine gute Unterkunft ist eben doch etwas Besonderes!

Dieses Hotel, das wir für die Bewertung gewählt haben, ist wirklich nicht enttäuschend. Der Rezeptionservice ist besonders gut. Super-Enthusiastisch. Außerdem hat es uns den Zimmertyp aktualisiert. Bitte geben Sie uns Frühstück, Frühstücksnutzung und Gesundheit. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage ist auch besonders glücklich. Dies ist das beste B&B, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Der Butler-Service ist auf höchstem Niveau. Das B&B hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und liegt ganz in der Nähe der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten B&B! Es ist das Meer! Wenn ich noch einmal nach Sanya komme, werde ich mit geschlossenen Augen wieder in dieses Restaurant kommen! ! ! Ich habe es vorher nur für eine Nacht gebucht, aber dann habe ich es für drei aufeinanderfolgende Tage gebucht! Perfekte Erfahrung! ! ! ! Liebe es! ! ! !

Der Chef ist sehr gut, besonders enthusiastisch und das Zimmer sauber. Sie können die Meeresküche sehen. Das Balkon ist gut. Sie können sich hinsetzen und trinken und sich die Landschaft ansehen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist superwert. Sie können auch helfen, Gepäck nach Dorf zu schicken und das nächste Mal zu seinem Haus zu bleiben.
