Kam auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Guangzhou, es war das erste Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, und sie haben mir geholfen, das Zimmer aufzuwerten. Da wir am nächsten Morgen einen Bus nehmen mussten, konnten wir nicht frühstücken. Der Hotelbutler Xiaohui hat speziell für uns kleine Kuchen und Joghurt zubereitet, was sehr gut war. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht sehr effektiv, das muss verbessert werden, aber sonst ist alles gut. Insgesamt unterstütze ich es mit einer Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung!

I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Super! Die Pension bietet Kajaks, ein Lagerfeuer am Abend und geröstete Süßkartoffeln – ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Haustieren. Die Haushälterin war sehr hilfsbereit; ich hatte am Abend meiner Ankunft Magenbeschwerden, und sie hat mir sogar Magentabletten besorgt – sehr nett von ihr.

Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer, das über einen Balkon mit Meerblick verfügte, sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit einem bequemen Bett und einem modernen Badezimmer ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist leicht zu erreichen und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Wir bestellten Getränke an der Kaffeebar und genossen den Sonnenuntergang über dem Strand. Das Essen im Restaurant mit westlicher Küche war sehr lecker. Der Service war gut. Als wir Hilfe beim Abspielen eines Films auf der Leinwand benötigten, kam ein Mitarbeiter auf unser Zimmer, um uns zu helfen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr beeindruckt und kommen im Sommer wieder, wenn wir schwimmen können, und bleiben dann länger.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! 9Ich kam um 9:30 Uhr morgens im Hotel an und der Mann an der Rezeption checkte ein. Nach dem Auschecken am nächsten Tag wurde der Flug annulliert und auf einen späteren Flug umgebucht. Der Mann verlängerte den Aufenthalt und verzögerte den Check-out bis 14:00 Uhr. Eindrucksvoll! Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist nur 2,6 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Es gibt einen Abhol- und Bringservice. sehr empfehlenswert!

The location is really amazing, with the view over the bay and the beach just near. They have a swimming pool private that goes indoor and outdoor which is very convenient for leisure. The hotel itself is new and fully renovated with taste, the room are really cozy and comfortable - you can sleep so peacefully.

Nach der Ankunft im Zug ging ich zum ”falschen” Wien Hotel. Es gibt einige ”Vienna Hotels” in Zhaoqing. Leider wurde die Straße Adresse für ”mein” Wien Hotel nicht im fallenden Menü aller Wien Hotels in der Didi App angezeigt. Selbst die Empfänger im ”falschen” Hotel konnten mir nicht helfen, einen Didi auf meiner englischen Version von WeChat zu bestellen. Sie mussten einen Didi mit ihrer chinesischen Version von WeChat bestellen. Die Zugreise aus der Provinz Guangxi dauerte 90 Minuten, aber das richtige Hotel zu finden. Nach der Ankunft in Zhaoqinh dauerte es mehr, 120 Minuten. Nicht ein lächelndes enthusiastisches Willkommen nach der Ankunft im ”rechten” Wiener Hotel half mir nicht. Das wurde schlimmer, als ich ins Bett sprang und Zigarettenruch schmelzte. Das Badezimmer ist klein und datiert. Das Frühstück war aber großartig! Nach 2 Nächten nach einem neuen Hotel abgesehen und bewegt sich.
