I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunftserfahrung. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine drahtlose Steuerung, was als relativ intelligentes Hotel gilt. Die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind sehr vollständig! Ich werde in Erwägung ziehen, bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Vancouver wieder hier zu übernachten!

Zunächst einmal, das Restaurant ist gut, die Gerichte sind online. Die Hardware ist auch in Ordnung, die Landschaft kann nicht gut und schlecht sprechen, ich kann die Bäume draußen sehen. Ich denke, der Service ist auch in Ordnung, es gibt keine Überraschung. Aber das Wichtigste, was ich nicht zufrieden bin, ist, dass mein Ladegerät nicht im Bett geklaut ist. Ich habe das Hotel angerufen, nachdem ich gelaufen war, und ich habe es mir gesagt, und ich habe es nicht geglaubt, und ich habe eine E-Mail geschickt, um die Verluste zu schreiben. Das Hotel am 11. April ist weg, und bis zum 30. hat es noch keine Antwort erhalten, Ist es so, als ob es eine falsche vier Saisonen gibt? Das Hotel ist zu billig, oder?

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend! Der Gastgeber hat eine kleine Änderung an die ursprüngliche Unterkunftsarrangement gemacht, aber das war kein Problem für uns überhaupt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das gemeinsame Badezimmer und die Dusche waren auch sehr sauber und ohne unbehagliche Geruch, was nicht immer bei dieser Art von Unterkunft der Fall ist. Ein großer Plus ist der kostenlose Parkplatz. Dies ist besonders wichtig und bequem für Reisende mit einem Auto. Insgesamt war alles großartig. Sehr empfohlen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die Verkehrsanbindung in der Umgebung ist sehr gut. Es war unser erster Besuch in Vancouver, um unsere Kinder zu sehen, und die Taxifahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauerte nur 20 Minuten. Der Aufenthalt war auch sehr angenehm. Ein Hotel, das ich Freunden empfehlen würde.

It was a second overnight transit stay in the same week. Clovenient location to airport n free shuttle. Though the shuttle from airport to hotel was full n we had to take a cab into the hotel - n the hotel reimbursed about 80% of the fare. Very short walk to a nearby open shopping centres which had lots of eatery selection. We ate Japanese n it was quite good. Only disappointment was with Trip.com n not with hotel. I thought the rate included 2 breakfast n turned out it did not. I could have gotten better deal booking directly with Marriottboncoy n get my free breakfast entitlements

Wir haben dieses Hotel hundert Mal durchgemacht und wir haben endlich 2 Nächte verbracht, um unser 45. Jahrestag dort zu feiern.Der Service war ausgezeichnet, viele coole Charaktere überall in der Innenstadt und Sie haben den wahren Schlüssel zu Ihrem Zimmer.Die Parkgarage war gut beleuchtet und safe.we wird wieder in diesem Sommer 👍❤️❤️❤️👍

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer hatte einen schmutzigen Geruch musste ausgehen und einen Luftfrisher kaufen, um den Geruch zu absorbieren. Ich fragte, ob sie bbq gesagt wurde, ja. Also gingen wir raus, kauften ein Bier nur um herauszufinden, dass es ein Kohle bbq und Sie mussten Ihre eigene zu liefern. So war es eine große Enttäuschung und legte einen Dämmerung auf unseren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist nicht in der Nähe der Stadt, so dass wieder ausgehen war keine Option. Wenn Sie Reinigung wollen, war es 100%

I have had really good time staying in this hotel. Facility, staffs & service are above expectation. Although I have one tiny little issue, which is only have one charging station. Obviously there are more EVs in Vancouver these day so, it would be a lot more convenient for EV drivers. At the end thanks for the hospitality!

We arrived at 7 pm but front desk was already closed. They had emailed us info regarding this but to be honest I barely read anything because we were busy traveling. So it is my fault however it would have been better to have someone at the front desk. Then again this probably their slow season so I kind of understand. Room was nice and clean and large. Great place especially if you are skiing there.
