Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Great Stay for Business Travelers Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day. The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night. While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling. In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation. I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Hardware komplett, Reisekomfort hoch Vier-Sterne-Standard, 2022 abgeschlossen, Zimmerraum groß, ganzes Holzboden, mit Safe, Waschmaschine; Mit einem Innenpool, einem Fitnessraum, einem Spa, einem chinesischen Restaurant, einem Nachttisch und einem Frühstückssort reichhaltig, Vietnamesisches Reispulver und chinesisches Pulver haben alle, viele Gäste bewerten das Frühstücksniveau weit über dem lokalen gleichen Preis Hotel. Gesundheit und Kostenstabilität Die Gesamtzahl der Beschäftigten ist gefesselt, die Gästezimmer sind trocken und die Wäsche ist getrennt; die Häuserpreise sind jährlich auf 200 Yuan stabil, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Hotel North Xiao Xiaolong gehört zu der ersten Flotte und bietet einen großen Verhandlungsraum. 4. Das Leben ist reif. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Mega Food Street, der Großhandel ist super, Abendessen und Einkaufen von Tagesausstattung sind sehr bequem, die Arbeiter im Industriepark in der Umgebung essen und Geschäftsreception sind sehr geeignet.

床品舒適度拉滿：床墊軟硬恰到好處，不會塌陷也不會過硬，躺下後腰背特別貼合。床單被套是那種蓬鬆柔軟的材質，摸起來清爽無異味，連枕頭都分了高低款，我選的低枕支撐力超棒，旅途的疲憊一覺就掃空，差點因為睡太香錯過第二天的行程。 衞生細節無可挑剔：作為潔癖星人，最在意的就是清潔，這家直接讓我徹底放心。房間地板、桌面擦得能映出影子，連牀頭櫃的縫隙都沒有灰塵。衞生間更是驚喜，鏡面沒有一絲水漬，瓷磚縫白凈如新，淋浴玻璃門光潔透亮，馬桶圈甚至帶着消毒後的微涼，每個角落都透着細緻。 環境温馨又安靜：大堂寬敞明亮，擺着不少綠植點綴，空氣中還有淡淡的清香，一進門就卸下了旅途疲憊。房間採光特別好，午後陽光灑進來很治癒，而且隔音效果超讚，關上房門完全聽不到走廊和外界的噪音，晚上休息時格外舒心。

I had a wonderful stay at Amira Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Anna. Anna was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She was always willing to help with a smile and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Her genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I hope the management recognizes her outstanding work. 10/10 for Anna's hospitality and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, tolle Aussicht im 15. Stock auf die älteren Teile der Stadt Bac Ninh. Hinter dem Hotel viel Lokalkolorit für alle, die zu Fuß auf Entdeckungsreise gehen möchten. Die historische Kathedrale von Bac Ninh ist in der Nähe und bietet weihnachtliche Beleuchtungsaktivitäten. Gutes Frühstück am Hotelbuffet, aber gehen Sie nicht zu anderen Zeiten hin, da nur wenige andere Gäste da sind und die Servierzeit lang ist. Es scheint fast so, als müssten sie den Chef rufen, um Ihr Essen zuzubereiten. Ein Burger hat dreimal fast eine Stunde gedauert. Bequemes Bett, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, aber der Teppich könnte etwas aufgefrischt werden. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das geeignete Hotel im Markt ist in Vietnam zu besuchen, erlebt es sehr gut! Die Lage ist sehr nahe der Fabrik, ich bin auf einer Straße nach Fujikon gekommen, ich bin nur fünf Minuten entfernt, die Reiseroute ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel! Die Rezeption sagt, dass die einzeln gelieferten Blumenzubehör aus dem Inland kommen! Der Wohnraum ist sehr komfortabel und kann sich gut ausruhen! Der Service des kleinen Bruders der Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, bring mich zur Handykarte, um mich zu übersetzen, lobenswert! Das Hauptproblem ist, dass die Hotelgebühr auch drei Mahlzeiten enthält! Drei Mahlzeiten sind chinesische Gerichte, wirklich nicht zu kostengünstig, essen und nicht verrückt, können alle Menschen essen! Dieses Hotel ist sehr geeignet für eine Reiseprüfung!
