"Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen. Ganz in der Nähe der Besucher des Bryce-Canyon-Nationalparks. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstück und einen tollen Souvenirladen. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Ich wünschte, wir könnten länger bleiben, aber wir sind nur für eine Nacht dort. Aber ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen."

"Eines der komfortabelsten und saubersten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Das ältere Gastgeberehepaar, das uns empfing, war sehr nett und die Suite war komplett ausgestattet. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte, sodass Sie Lebensmittel zum Kochen kaufen können. 5 Autominuten vom Eingang zum Zion-Nationalpark entfernt. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch trotzdem wählen."

"Great hotel in Salt Lake City. Perfect location and great views from the gym and swimming pool. There are different restaurants that will fulfil your expectations no matter what you are looking for. The breakfast is not cheap, but it is 100% worth it with good product and many different options. You can find right outside good coffee and a venue with one of the largest drinks menu I have ever seen. Definitely highly recommended both for business and leisure purposes."

"Der Service ist schlecht, die Parkgebühr muss mein Geld verdienen. Ich habe am Morgen etwa 12.30 geblieben und um 11 Uhr abgegeben. Die Parkgebühr ist $35. Am letzten Ende der Ausfahrts-Karte aus dem Parkplatz, zweimal nicht erfolgreich, und am letzten rufen Sie die Sicherheitstür an, um zu helfen. 35 Yuan Parkgebühr, viel mehr. Als Sie aus dem Parkplatz gehen, haben Sie festgestellt, dass Sie nicht 35 Dollar für 24 Stunden direkt parken müssen. Gemäß den Parkplatzregeln benötigen Sie 23 Dollar für die Parkplätze! Schwarzes Hotel!!!"

"I booked this hotel for its location and price and it CAME THROUGH on both counts. It is located conveniently downtown, and the price was great compared to other options. There was black mold in the wallpaper above the shower, but the weather was amazing and I kept my windows open, so I wasn't concerned. The heating lamp in the bathroom didn't work, but that may have been intentional. Otherwise, everything was clean and functioning well! Staff was always available to help. Great view of the mountains (see photo). If you just need a convenient place to lay your head, then this is perfect. Will plan to stay here again."

"Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again."

"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."

"The hotel room is big with plus kitchen and living room very suitable for us the group of 4 and it will be very suitable for the family as well, but it pretty far from the town not many restaurants nearby, but since the hotel have a big kitchen it not a bad idea for groceries shopping before get to the hotel…"

"Das Zimmer war ordentlich und seinen Preis wert. Einziges Manko: Der Zimmerschlüssel öffnete die Tür nicht und musste mehrmals repariert werden. Der Pool war nur durchschnittlich. Immerhin war der Preis angemessen. Die Preise in den USA explodieren. Das Innere der Kirche ist nicht öffentlich zugänglich, sodass man es nicht vollständig erleben kann."
