Wir haben unsere Zeit wirklich genossen und ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass die Dusche die beste war, die ich in einem Hotel in einer Zeit hatte. Das Wasser wird heiß genug, alle die Einrichtungen, die wir brauchen, wurden uns geliefert und wir konnten Qualitätszeit zusammen in einer schönen sauberen Atmosphäre verbringen

When we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP.

Das Zimmer war fabulös. Sehr komfortabel. Sehr sauber. Großes Bett. Die Bar war hervorragend ... großartig Service, große Auswahl, anständige Speiseoptionen. Die Lobby ist riesig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für den Sitz und Entspannung und/oder Arbeit. Sehr freundliches Personal.

GGastnutzerService was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

GGuest UserWhen I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

GGastnutzerThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

AAmenaliaIch blieb letztes Wochenende in diesem Hotel mit meiner Tochter 7/29. Wir waren wirklich müde, als wir ankamen und gingen direkt zum Bett. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich einige wichtige Fragen erkannt und mit dem Vorbüro darüber gesprochen. Ich habe sogar Videos und Fotos an den Verwahrer gesandt, der sich in der Pflicht befand. Sie war sehr entschuldigt und so war die Dame, die auf dem Vordertisch arbeitete. Aber als der Manager, denke ich, sein Name war Corey, kam heraus.... Seine Haltung war schrecklich. Tatsächlich wusste ich nicht, dass er früher der Manager war, als ich ihn ins Haus sah, aber als ich sagte: „Guten Morgen“ setzte er gerade weiter. Also vielleicht hatte er einen schlechten Tag.. OHNE AUFZUBEWAHREN, das ist nicht meine Schuld. Er bot mir einige Punkte an, aber für das Problem, das ich hatte, das war nicht genug überhaupt!! Er hat nichts anderes getan, auch nachdem ich die Tatsache zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass ich nicht zufrieden war. Und ich sagte es in einer schönen Weise, aber ich erhielt nichts außer einer BAD-ATTITUD in Gegenzug!! Ich teilen das Video nicht hier, nur weil die Frühstückslady ausgezeichnet war... und der Vordertafelarbeiter war ein Süßes..... Aber der Manager war der WORST 👎🏾

GGastnutzerThe hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

JJerrica JMeine Mutter und ich blieben hier für ein Konzert, das 30 Minuten entfernt war. Wir kamen spät Freitag Abend und gingen am Samstag ganz. Als wir Samstag Abend um Mitternacht zurückkamen, war es wirklich heiß im Zimmer, so habe ich den Vorderplatz kontaktiert und ihr gesagt, dass ich nicht glaube, dass die Luft funktioniert. Sie sagte “Wartung”. Ich hörte ihn fragen, warum wir gerade anrufen. Er kam in Frage, ob wir die Einheit berührten und dann links und kam zurück mit einem Shop Vac und leerte es und sagte, es wäre gut gehen und sagte 74 ist eine perfekte Temperatur. Es funktionierte nicht, so dass ich ihnen wieder gesagt habe und dieses Mal war der “Wartungsmann” jetzt der “Manager”. Ich fragte, ob wir Zimmer ändern könnten. Sie sagten, sie hätten keine doppelten Zimmer mehr. Schließlich nach 30 minutes-1 Stunde gab es mir endlich ein Einzelzimmer. Ich wurde nicht für die Doppelung für diese Nacht erstattet. Ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht wieder hier bleiben. Der “Wartungsmann” oder “Manager” was er auch war, war sehr brutal.
