"The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and items were replenished quickly by attentive staff. Unfortunately, there were numerous flies around the dining area and on the uncovered food, which significantly detracted from the experience. Room service was generally acceptable, although the quality did not reflect the prices charged. It felt expensive for what was provided and fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was a welcome benefit. Unfortunately, my positive impression of the hotel changed dramatically midway through our stay. Shortly after room service had delivered our meal, I received a phone call asking me to come to reception. I was informed that because my room service bill was approaching £100, I needed to settle it immediately as I was considered a “high-risk” guest. I found this surprising and inappropriate, particularly as I had already paid for my accommodation in full before arriving. When I attempted to pay by card, I was told twice that my payment had failed. I was then asked to use another card, which I did. When I returned to my room to eat my now cold meal, I checked my banking app to understand why my first card had supposedly failed. To my surprise, I discovered that all three payment attempts had actually been processed, meaning I had been charged three times. I immediately returned to reception and showed staff the transactions on my banking app. Despite the evidence, I was initially told the payments had not gone through, that I was mistaken, and that everything would automatically correct itself once they balanced the accounts at the end of the day. The refund did not happen. The following day I returned to reception with the same evidence. Staff apologised and acknowledged that I had indeed been charged multiple times, assuring me that a refund would be processed. However, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be dealt with by the accounts department and that it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned. As I was checking out today, four days after the duplicate charges were made, I had still not received the promised refund or the written confirmation that I had repeatedly requested. In an effort to resolve the matter privately before leaving, I also sent a polite WhatsApp message to the hotel outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. That message received no response. Most concerning of all, during the checkout process the same member of reception staff attempted to charge me again for the very same room service bill that had already been paid and had resulted in the duplicate charges. Had I not been paying close attention, I could easily have been charged yet again. If I had been travelling on a tighter budget, having hundreds of pounds tied up because of the hotel’s mistake could have had a serious impact on the remainder of my trip. What disappointed me most was not that an error occurred—mistakes happen in every business—but the lack of urgency, accountability and communication in resolving it. Overall, there were aspects of the hotel that we genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and breakfast staff worked hard. Unfortunately, the handling of this financial issue completely overshadowed those positives. I have retained screenshots of the duplicate transactions, my banking records and my communications with the hotel. This review is an accurate account of my experience. If my refund is received promptly after my departure, I will happily update this review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until it improves both its payment procedures and its handling of customer complaints."

"Nettes Personal tolle Anlage saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war lecker aber wenig abwechslungsreich.wenig Obst. Wer Ruhe sucht wird an den Wochenenden hier falsch am Platz sein da dann bis spät nach Mitternacht im Restaurant türkische Partys stattfinden und es sehr laut wird.Dss Hotel liegt inmitten von bananenplantagen mit einem schönen Blick auf Alanya."

"Keyla Hotel hat viel über meine Erwartungen hinweggefunden. Obwohl es noch neu geöffnet ist, wurde jede Details mit großer Bedenklichkeit gedacht. Wenn Sie in den Lobby gehen, können Sie die Qualität des Hotels fühlen. Die Lage in Lara und die herrliche Aussicht, die sie bietet, sind ein besonderer Vorteil. Eines der Themen, die wir am meisten betroffen waren, war das Interesse und die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, und wir danken dem Dienstleiter, der uns bei allen Themen unterstützt hat, und ich möchte Herrn Yunus und Herrn Mehmet besonders hervorheben. Die Begeisterung, das Lächeln und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren wirklich großartig, und sie erfüllten fast alle unsere Wünsche mit großer Befriedigung. Die Küche des Hotels verdient auch einen Ehrenwert, die mit sehr guten und hochwertigen Zubehör hergestellt wurde. Ich werde das Keyla Hotel bei meiner nächsten Ankunft vorziehen, ohne zu denken."

"Das Hotel ist schön jedoch fand ich das Frühstück zu wenig für ein Fünfsternehotel und die Suppen haben geschmeckt, als wär es wie in einer Maggie Packung. Ihr könnt eine anatolische Frau in die Küche reinstrecken und sie würde euch authentische Suppe kochen können. Also Suppe ist das mindeste, was man gut machen muss."

"Nous avons passé 11 jours au Porto Amore Hotel et ce séjour nous a vraiment permis de déconnecter. C’est un véritable havre de paix que nous recommandons particulièrement aux couples à la recherche de calme, de sérénité et de repos. Dès l’arrivée, on ressent une atmosphère paisible. Les jardins sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, la vue est superbe, et la plage est propre, agréable et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour profiter de la mer dans de bonnes conditions. C’est un endroit où le temps semble ralentir. Un autre point fort mérite vraiment d’être souligné : la propreté. Tout l’hôtel est impeccablement entretenu, aussi bien les espaces communs que les jardins, la plage, les installations de bien-être ou encore les hébergements. On ressent une vraie exigence dans l’entretien des lieux, et cela contribue beaucoup au confort et à la qualité du séjour. Pour celles et ceux qui aiment faire de jolies photos, l’hôtel offre également de nombreux très beaux spots très « instagrammables » : jardins, mer, petits espaces aménagés, vues dégagées… Il y a vraiment de quoi créer de très beaux souvenirs en images. Nous avons séjourné dans un petit bungalow avec jacuzzi, très agréable et parfait pour un séjour à deux. Nous avons également testé le hammam turc avec le soin à la mousse et le massage : un très bon moment de détente que nous recommandons vraiment. Une parenthèse qui permet de se reconnecter à soi-même et de profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Autre vrai point positif : même lorsqu’il pleut, il est possible de continuer à profiter pleinement de l’hôtel. Une piscine intérieure, un jacuzzi, un hammam et un sauna sont accessibles et compris dans le prix du séjour, ce qui est vraiment appréciable et permet de conserver cette sensation de détente quel que soit le temps. Côté restauration, nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur des produits et la variété proposée. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et agréable pour commencer la journée tranquillement. Mais le véritable plus de cet hôtel reste son personnel. Toute l’équipe est attentionnée, disponible, souriante et professionnelle. Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Hasan, Sedat, Sila et Elif pour leur gentillesse, leur accueil et leurs petites attentions, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel qui contribue à rendre le séjour si agréable. Nous avons également apprécié que les animations du soir se terminent vers minuit. Lorsque l’on vient ici pour se reposer, c’est un vrai avantage : on peut profiter de la soirée puis retrouver le calme. Quelques éléments sont toutefois utiles à connaître avant de réserver. L’hôtel est assez excentré du centre-ville. Si vous souhaitez sortir régulièrement, il vaut mieux prévoir une voiture ou utiliser un taxi. Pour rejoindre la ville, il faut compter environ 600 TRY pour un aller en taxi, selon le trajet et les conditions. Pour un séjour de 11 jours comme le nôtre, il nous a également manqué davantage de possibilités de randonnées ou de balades organisées permettant de découvrir les paysages et les environs à pied. Le cadre naturel est magnifique et mériterait, à notre sens, d’être encore davantage mis en valeur par ce type d’activités. Cela reste néanmoins une très belle adresse pour celles et ceux qui recherchent avant tout le calme, la mer, la nature et le repos. Un séjour doux, paisible et ressourçant, dans un très beau cadre, porté par une équipe particulièrement bienveillante. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs et beaucoup de gratitude envers toute l’équipe. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse."

"Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sind schön und die Ausstattung ist ziemlich neu. Das Schlafsofa ist auch von guter Qualität. Da wir das Abendessen beim Check-in verpasst hatten, wurde uns proaktiv eine Mahlzeit zubereitet 👍. Es war im Februar ziemlich kalt und regnerisch, und wir konnten die Klimaanlage nachts nicht zum Laufen bringen. Wir dachten, es gäbe keine, und haben zwei Nächte gefroren. Erst beim Check-out erfuhren wir, dass es eine Heizfunktion gab und man uns bei einer Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hätte. Das Essen ist hier das größte Highlight; die drei Mahlzeiten am Tag sind wirklich preiswert und vielfältig. Angesichts der aktuell stark steigenden Preise in der Türkei war es super preiswert, obwohl wir die Freizeiteinrichtungen überhaupt nicht genutzt haben. Außerdem gab es am Valentinstag Rosen 🌹, vielen Dank 😍."

"Mehr als zufrieden, meine Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Die Klippenbucht ist fantastisch, aber das Wasser ist etwas tief, daher rate ich Anfängern davon ab, unbeaufsichtigt ins Meer zu gehen. Der Hotelpool und der beheizte Innenpool sind beide sehr schön! Es gibt ausreichend Liegestühle sowohl an den Klippen als auch am Außenpool, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Am Außenpool gibt es sogar eine Reihe kleiner Hütten, die Schatten und Ruhe bieten – sehr aufmerksam! Die Bushaltestelle ist einen Block entfernt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Vor dem Hotel gibt es keinen Zebrastreifen, man muss den Verkehr selbst einschätzen, um die Straße zu überqueren, oder etwas weiter gehen, um einen Zebrastreifen zu finden. Das ist der einzige Nachteil für Gäste ohne Auto, aber das trübt das Gesamtbild nicht. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich großartig! Ideal, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen! Die Klippen bieten auch tolle Fotomotive! Ich empfehle, einen ganzen Tag im Hotel zu verbringen! In der Nähe gibt es auch viele gute Restaurants und einen Carrefour (sowohl das BBQ-Restaurant als auch der Carrefour sind etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt)."
