Das Hotel ist für kurze Reisen sehr optimal. Gegenüber befindet sich die Dhahran Mall und ist nur mit einem Taxi gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß müssen Sie ein wenig laufen.

It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried.
I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

الفندق ممتاز جدا
لكن لما وصلت تفاجأت بزحام ومناظر لم تعجبني، وعلمت من الموظف أنه وافق مهرجان أو ملتقى اأفلام أو شيء مثل هذا، فبهو ومدخل الفندق صغير، وصوت الموسيقى فيه مزعجة جدا، وكذلك تجمع أهل هذا المهرجان وكأنهم في مكان مفتوح وعام لا يشاركهم فيه أحد، كان الدخول والخروج من الفندق وقت تجمعهم في البهو غير مريح للأسف

Don't book from Trip.com they did not coordinate properly with the hotel. I faced problem with my booking and have to wait an hour before the hotel provided me with the room. Reason was Trip.com didn't properly Conveyed my booking to hotel. and at the checkout time I faced the same problem.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. I would definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful team at Centro Corniche Khobar!

Die Besorgnis bei der Empfangskontrolle während der Eincheckung sollte die Geschäftsleitung von der Spaziergang-Reservierung und der Vorbuchung abscheiden. Dadurch wird die Eincheckung verzögert. Auch die Verwaltung sollte auch die Kontrolle in der Zähler & auszähler getrennt.
Das Essen für Frühstück so begrenzte Wahl. Die Mitarbeiter im Café sollten mehr Warnung sein, wenn sie die Menschen in den Kaffee eintreten sehen und den Tisch sofort zubereiten. Keine Antworten zurück, dass Tisch war gut zubereitet gut in der Tat fehlt in der Vorbereitung

Die Sauberkeit war unvermeidlich und der Service des Personals war hervorragend, immer aufmerksam und hilfreich. Die Einrichtungen waren im Allgemeinen gut, obwohl einige Einrichtungen einige Updates nutzen könnten. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt und würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Essen war glücklich, zusätzlich zu der überwiegend ausgezeichneten Erfahrung.
