Das Management und die Rezeption sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und kooperativ. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Harem Nabwi (Friede sei mit ihm) entfernt. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht das beste, aber ich würde es mit 8 von 10 Punkten bewerten.

Das Hotel liegt günstig. Haram ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus, der die Gäste während der Gebetszeiten dorthin bringt. Allerdings war das Hotel für den gebotenen Service und die Aufenthaltsqualität überteuert. Ich vermute, das lag an der Hochsaison in Medina. Insgesamt war es aber eine gute Unterkunft.

Location is excellent, the room has connection doors and is in groups of 3 and noisy due to Neighbors. The noise of traffic comes to the room. Elevators are very busy. I would stay in another nearby hotel next time in Madinah

Von Anfang an waren wir von Concierge, Khan, besucht. Mein Eincheck wurde perfekt von Hawazin gemacht. Das Zimmer war für uns angemessen mit guten Einrichtungen und die Minibar ist gut gespeichert. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden sicher zurück sein.

Umrah kam und in der Morgenstunde gewählte dieses Hotel. Gute Lage zur Haram-Moschee. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tor 326. Gute Einrichtungen um das Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Wir hatten gute Erfahrung im Hotel. Die Entfernung vom Hotel zu Haram ist nahe und der nächste Tor war 365 es war sehr nahe Raudah *************. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Danke für den angenehmen Service. Gott segne ihn.

The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience.
