Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe allen Hauptattraktionen und sehr bequem. Das Front Desk Personal war freundlich und willkommen, immer mit jeder Anfrage unterstützt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben!

Awesome Hotel direkt über die Straße vom Flughafen. Sehr bequem für einen frühen Morgenflug. Zimmer war spotless, komfortabel und ruhig. Sehr empfohlen!

The room was a decent size with the balcony overlooking the town. It was located right in the heart of the town and close to the buses. The bed was amazing and so comfortable and I loved the bed. The breakfast was a good spread that I enjoyed.

Professionelle Mitarbeiter. Willkommen mit einem Lächeln und ihr Frühstück ist unverschämt. Ich liebe es so sehr, dass ich dort bleiben werde, wann immer ich bin in Cluj. 🙌. Ich empfehle, für ihre Belohnungen zu registrieren, um 10% von Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken abzuziehen. Sie haben Frühstück für Champions und ihre Restaurants sind auch gut.

Situato alla periferia di Cluj, questa tranquilla residenza offre appartamenti spaziosi con balcone, la struttura è nuova e funziona tutto a dovere.
Bella la smart tv con collegamento wi fi pronta per l' uso, e anche l' applicazione di gestione della camera risulta utile , aprendo anche la porta senza bisogno di una chiave fisica.
Per gli spostamenti facile usare applicazioni di prenotazione taxi , come anche farsi portare cibo e vivande alla bisogna, dato che nei dintorni non vi sono ristoranti ma chi prenota qui già lo mette in conto apprezzando invece la tranquillità della zona. Personalmente lo consiglio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber.
Sehr ruhig, die Landschaft ist wunderschön, der Park ist sehr nah, man kann zum Stadtzentrum gehen
Ein gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis.

CClaiudiuOne of the best places I stayed, and this happened in my home country! I'm amazed by the modernization of apartment and cleanliness.
Just a bit tricky to enter the underground parking, I'd show a video also to guests that are less eager to read all instructions. Same for the keylock.
We just stayed one night before our flight and price was very good. Reason was that I didnt' wanted to wake up at 2 AM and drive in the night 200km to Cluj Napoca airport, and was a very good decision.

PPiotrKStaying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

GGastnutzerNobody changes bed sheet and towel in my 4 nights stay. I left room key in the locker when I went out. But locker was unlocked when I returned after work. Key was inside though. I got in the room. Bedsheet and towel were the same, unchanged.. So in the next 3 days I kept room key with me when I went out. Is this the reason why room has never been cleaned ??

GGastnutzerSehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer sieht frisch aus und riecht frisch, komfortabel und schöne Heizung. Das einzige, was ist die Lichter sind nicht ganz genug, so sieht es ein bisschen dunkel aus. Aber immer noch sehr wert mit großer Lage und Service. Danke!
