Hotels mit Parkplatz in Distrikt Lissabon, Portugal

Ich war vom freundlichen Personal und der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es fehlte mir nichts. Der Parkplatz war sehr klein, aber das Personal half mir, am Straßenrand auszuparken und fragte sogar in der Lobby nach, ob ich Hilfe bräuchte. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch seine Gastfreundschaft aus. Wenn man eine Karte hinterlässt, mit der man angibt, dass keine Reinigung gewünscht ist, erhält man am nächsten Morgen einen 5-Euro-Gutschein, der in den Restaurants und Bars des Hotels eingelöst werden kann. Ich habe die Karte nur hinterlassen, weil ich während meiner Reise niemanden in meinem Zimmer haben wollte, aber es war ein wirklich gutes Angebot. Kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten: Keine.

Nettes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Ich gebe nur nicht 5 Sterne wegen des Zimmerservices, das verbessert werden muss (bettkleidung manchmal geschnitzt und eine der Kühlschranken scheint schlecht funktionieren). Aber in der Regel empfehle ich, weil es ein komfortables Zimmer für Familien und ein gutes Frühstück ist.

Conveniently located near metro station with ＜ 10 mins walk with several restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too. When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔

The place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative. We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel.Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es kamen alle auf ihre Kosten.Die Nähe zum Flughafen war nicht zu überhören aber auch kein wirkliches Problem,die Bauarbeiten am Hotel werden irgendwann aufhören von daher alles gut 👌🏼.Was für mich als Frischluftfanatiker nicht so schön war,ist das man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.Wir hatten trotz Klimaanlage keine gute Luft im Zimmer (obwohl die Klimaanlage durchgehend lief)!Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung 👍🏻

Every aspect of our time was stellar at the palace! The extraordinary service began with Maria at the front desk and Luke helping us ladies get settled with all of our bags. Our rooms had views of the manicured gardens with mosaic walking paths. We opened our window for the cool breeze and was serenaded by a multitude of birdsong. Lunch was unique and flavorful at the Lake House. Dinner was in the bar lounge with the most decadent, flavorful brownie in the world! Morning breakfast in the parlor has so many delightful choices to fit the palates and dietary needs of any guest. Sarah provided a personal tour of the palace. She was full of historical facts and knowledge of the family dynasty. Sarah and other staff also excelled as a hosts and concierge. A shout out is deserved to all staff who worked tirelessly to make such a stay effortless by providing comfortable accomodations and pampers each guest.

Wir übernachten mindestens zweimal im Jahr in diesem Hotel, waren dieses Mal aber von der Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht. Der Hotelflur war schmutzig, und die Toilette in unserem Zimmer war extrem verdreckt. Wir mussten die Reinigung des Badezimmers anfordern. Das Hotel war laut, selbst im 7. Stock. Kinder rannten herum, hämmerten an Türen und versteckten sich dann. Das Wasser im Pool und Whirlpool war lauwarm, fast kalt. Es ist wirklich schade, dass man diese Einrichtungen nach der Bezahlung nicht nutzen kann. Auch die Belüftung war viel zu laut. Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet hingegen war ausgezeichnet, und das Zimmer war geräumig.

Zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal blieb ich drei Tage. Alles war okay, aber ein paar Details entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen. Leider wurden Pool und Dampfbad noch renoviert, sodass nur die Sauna zur Verfügung stand. Eines Tages nahm die Putzfrau alle meine Badetücher mit und vergaß, sie aufzufüllen, sodass mir nur ein einziges Handtuch blieb. Ich musste zur Rezeption gehen und nach einem Satz Badetücher zum Duschen fragen. Ein großes Lob an Joaquim von der Rezeption, der mir nach seiner Schicht tatsächlich ein neues Handtuchset brachte. Außerdem nahm ich mir am zweiten Tag beim Frühstück ein Ei, das eigentlich gekocht sein sollte, und nachdem ich es aufgeschlagen hatte, machte ich mich und den Tisch schmutzig, da das Küchenpersonal rohe Eier statt gekochter Eier ausgestellt hatte. Ich werde mich letztendlich trotzdem wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden, da es eine tolle Co-Working-Lobby, eine nette Bar und eine insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre hat, aber diese beiden Ereignisse waren nicht sehr angenehm.

Quando eu vi que o hotel se encontra em uma ONG, fiquei assustada, mas quando cheguei ao local me encantei com o carinho, cuidado e zelo pelo ambiente e por tudo que é feito lá. As suítes são separadas de forma privada e muito bem organizada. Os quartos são suficientes para uma estadia curta: limpos e confortáveis. O hotel fica de frente para a praia e fiz uma caminhada muito agradável na redondeza. Se procura um local acessível para uma estadia curta, vá sem medo.

Altis Prime Hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, the suites are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everything was clean, stylish, and well cared for. Truly a five-star experience—highly recommended!
