B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.

Das beste Hotel aus meiner europäischen Reise von Wien, Prag nach Polen.
Großer Service vom Vorderbüro und hilfreich mit meinem Pass hinterlassen in Prag.
Die spa-Anlagen für das kalte Wetter waren großartig! Es fühlt sich wie ive in ein brandneues Hotel eingesteckt.
Insgesamt würde ich nur für das Hotel zurückgehen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Zimmer war angenehm und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Das Bett ist bequem. Badezimmer auch ok. Sehr(!) leckeres Frühstück! Eine wirklich große Auswahl, alles regelmäßig aktualisiert. Kaffee aus einer Espressomaschine. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch ok, nur schade, dass von den 3 Saunen eine nicht funktionierte. Aber es hat sich trotzdem gelohnt. Wir empfehlen!

Great hotel when staying close to the airport. Greeted with a simle and check in was fast with all the information you need. Booked a family room but sofa bed wasn't made up. Called from the room and within 5mins they arrived with extra towels, waters, pillows and duvet to make it up. Perfect 👌

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

Wir feiern am Tag des Check-ins unsere Jubiläumshochzeitszeremonie. Sie haben uns großartig überrascht: ein Zimmer-Upgrade, speziell dekoriert mit Luftballons, Schokolade, einer Kampagne und einer handgeschriebenen Glückwunschkarte....Wir haben es sehr geschätzt!
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die im Restaurant.
Der Swimmingpool und die Spa-Einrichtungen sind entspannend und komfortabel.

Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Sauberes Hotel und geräumige Zimmer. Freundliches Personal und verfügt über Badezimmer und einen Sitzbereich am Eingang. Es gibt auch eine Bar. Das einzige Problem ist das Frühstück. Unsere Freunde sagten, es gäbe fast nichts

Die Umgebung ist besser, Xiao Jian ist in der Hotelkette, ob der Service oder die Hygiene sind sehr gut, die erste Wahl für den Reisen, das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker und der Verkehr in der Nähe des Hotels ist bequem.

AAnonymer BenutzerI had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard.
Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed.
The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality.
I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Der Service war großartig, wir hatten ein Executive-Zimmer und die Executive-Lounge war hervorragend für das Frühstück und einen Drink am Abend, bevor wir in die Stadt gingen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, solange Ihnen der Fußweg oder die SMS in die Stadt nichts ausmachen.

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

Vor allem die Innenausstattung ist luxuriös und vermittelt ein europäisches Flair. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die keine Lust mehr auf gewöhnliche Hotels haben, die einfach nur schön sind. Es liegt relativ nahe am Krakauer Bahnhof und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, also ist es praktisch.

SSaschaStylisches Hotel etwas abseits vom Bahnhofsquartier und Altstadt, aber die Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit Anschluss befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und bot auch ausreichend Platz zum arbeiten. Auf jeder Etage gibt es Wasserspender, zudem in der Lobby theoretisch rund um die Uhr kostenlosen Kaffee (leider nicht immer zuverlässig nachgefüllt).
Die Hotellobby wird von der großzügig und ansprechend gestalteten Hotelbar eingenommen, ist aber für das morgendliche Buffet etwas zu lässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten leider weniger.

the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

GGastnutzerCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstückspersonal ist auch sehr gut. * Sie können Gerichte, Tee, Waffle und andere bestellen und genießen Sie frisch hergestellte Produkte. Der Cheesecake ist auch sehr lecker und es ist sehr gut, Cava morgens zu trinken. Sie können sich selbst Kabuchino Kaffee auf der Maschine herstellen, aber bitte bestellen und genießen Sie diese Technik! Es ist ein sehr empfohlenes Hotel.

GGastnutzerクラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。
コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。
私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に
なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。
結果、良かったです。
因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。
