Ein wirklich schönes Hotel! Traumhafte Lage und exzellenter Service. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, es gibt einen tollen Privatstrand namens Bounty, Swimmingpools und komfortable Zimmer. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine war im Zimmer. Ich möchte unbedingt wieder in dieses Hotel in Boracay.

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Gebäuden, die sich entlang der Straße zum Meer erstrecken. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einer Terrasse (Queen Terraced Room) gebucht, beim Einchecken wurde mir jedoch ein Zimmer ohne Balkon/Terrasse zugewiesen (obwohl es über das Zimmer selbst keine Beanstandungen gibt – es hatte alles, was man braucht, war frisch renoviert, hatte ein Bett, ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch, stilvolle Dekorelemente (einschließlich eines runden Spiegels über dem Tisch). Ich bat jedoch um ein anderes Zimmer, da ich meine gebuchte Option mit Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer und das Wahrzeichen – den Keyhole Rock – haben wollte. An der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer frei seien, jedoch welche mit zwei Betten. Ich stimmte zu, musste aber warten, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Das Zimmer war alt und nicht renoviert, es gab keinen Schreibtisch und die Aussicht von der Terrasse wurde durch eine Säule versperrt, die eine Art Konstruktion unter dem Dach stützte. Anbei ein Foto vom ersten Zimmer - mit einem Bett, aber ohne Terrasse. Das zweite sah ziemlich schäbig aus und ich habe nicht einmal ein Foto davon gemacht. Der Pool ist klein, man kann nicht normal schwimmen. Nun zur Lage: bis ins Zentrum (D Mall) ist man recht weit weg; Zu Fuß kommt man da definitiv nicht hin. Und rund um das Hotel gibt es absolut nichts, keine Infrastruktur, außer einem 7-Eleven-Minimarkt. Außerdem weht der Wind ständig von dieser Seite der Insel.

Die Innenausstattung der Zimmer ist mit der eines 1000 RMB teuren Zimmers in China vergleichbar – nichts Besonderes, ziemlich durchschnittlich. Der Preis von 2300 RMB pro Nacht deckt hauptsächlich den Privatstrand des Hotels, den Service (Kinderbetreuung, tägliche Bastelkurse für Kinder und gelegentliche Poolpartys) sowie die öffentlichen Einrichtungen des Hotels (3 Pools, davon ein Kinderpool) ab. Wir blieben 10 Nächte, und bei der Abreise wurden wir kostenlos zum Flughafen gebracht (Auto + Schnellboot + Auto). Wir mussten nur die Umweltschutzgebühr der Regierung und die Inselgebühr selbst bezahlen. Dieser Service war wirklich top! Erkundigen Sie sich beim Check-out, ob dieser Service angeboten wird. Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal anreisen und möchten, dass das Hotel Sie vom Flughafen abholt, empfehle ich Ihnen, das Hotel direkt zu kontaktieren. Die Kosten für den Abholservice über Ctrip sind extrem hoch. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich das „Mövenpick Resort“ und daneben das Shangri-La Hotel. Sie können die Preise vergleichen.

Ein gutes Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, mit einer großen Auswahl, aber nicht besonders lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen; wir wohnten im Sommerhaus 10 (ca. 35 Quadratmeter). Zuerst wurde uns das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen, ein kleines 15-Quadratmeter-Zimmer (ich ging zur Rezeption, um mich darüber zu beschweren). Zuerst bot man mir an, eine Nacht zu bleiben und dann umzuziehen, dann hieß es aber, ich solle 3-4 Stunden warten. Ich war mit diesen Optionen nicht zufrieden, bekam aber schließlich die Schlüssel und wurde sofort umgezogen (es wirkte so, als ob man mir vorsichtshalber ein Zimmer mit niedrigerem Standard gegeben hätte, falls es doch noch klappen sollte).

Fast alles ist in der Nähe. Das Essen ist gut. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein Smart-TV im Zimmer wäre schön! Meine Familie hat den Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 😉👍🏼 DANKE 😊

Sobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord. May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra. Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊 Thank you po sa inyo. God bless sa business 😌🥰🫶

KEINE GEISTER. Wir hatten hier keine übernatürlichen Erlebnisse, hahahahahaha, das sagen alle Bewertungen, aber sie haben hier ein Halloween-Thema! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Außerdem ist ein Frühstücksbuffet in der Buchung inbegriffen. Ist auch ok, hehe.

Das Essen war teuer und so lala. Nichts Besonderes. Das Essen war nur für zwei Personen geeignet. Das Personal im Resort war gut. Nur das Personal im Restaurant war nicht ausreichend. Unterbesetzung.

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel has a good location. The room is spacious enough, and the food selection is also good. However, our overall experience was disappointing. First, the room air-conditioning unit was very noisy, which affected the comfort of our stay. Second, some personnel were less attentive and, sadly, came across as condescending. One particular incident happened when one of my friends asked for extra tissue paper. The staff simply said that the only tissue available was the one already provided on the table. However, when I was the one who asked for extra tissue, they gave me some. This was disappointing because it showed inconsistency in service. Guests should be treated with the same attentiveness and courtesy, regardless of who is asking. Another unpleasant experience happened after we had dinner at Festive Mall. We bought takeaway drinks from Starbucks and passed by the hotel pool area. Since there were no other guests there, we sat down for a while to enjoy the view. However, one of the bar personnel immediately approached us and, in an arrogant tone, said that outside food and drinks were not allowed. I understand that hotels have policies, but the way the policy was communicated was offensive and unnecessary. I also booked a room for three guests, but the amenities provided were only good for two. I still had to call and request the additional items. Honestly, I do not usually book hotels like this because I often feel they are not worth the money. I booked this stay mainly so my friends could experience it. Unfortunately, this experience turned out to be very disappointing. Overall: Good location, spacious room, and good food selection. However, the service needs serious improvement. For the price, I expected better promptness, gentleness, attentiveness, and consistency from the personnel. Sadly, I have experienced better service from other hotels with lower rates than Richmond.
