Das Hotel ist schön. Lage ist gut, wenige Schritte vom Strand vorn. Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht müssen Sie aufrüsten, da einige Einrichtungen ziemlich alt sind. Wenn Sie das Fenster im Zimmer verwenden, ist es zu laut. freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt und wird sicherlich zurückkommen.

Die Lage ist ganz schön. Es sind ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Walking Street... Sie haben einen Pool, der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Und ein Restaurant in der Lobby. Allerdings zweimal. Jetzt wurde ich bei einer Buchung über trip.com abgeholt. Das ist ok, aber meiner Meinung nach hat das Personal die Schuld zweimal dem Kunden zugeschoben. Es ist nicht das Problem des Kunden. Wenn das Buchungsbüro und das Hotel Probleme haben, müssen sie sich um den Kunden kümmern und ihn nicht hängen lassen. Ich bin hin- und hergerissen bei dieser Bewertung. Denn ich genieße die Lage und die Zimmer wirklich. Sie sind eigentlich recht sauber und der Pool ist wirklich schön. Aber das ständige Problem, dem Kunden die Schuld für Probleme zu geben, die nicht unsere Probleme sind? Wir sind hier, um Urlaub zu machen oder eine schöne Zeit zu haben, und nicht, um mit Buchungsproblemen belästigt zu werden, die nicht unsere Schuld sind. Das Personal schien ein wenig Angst davor zu haben, sich anzupassen und von sich aus Änderungen vorzunehmen. Ich habe gehört, der Eigentümer ist Deutscher und sie sind bei solchen Dingen sehr streng. Ich habe dort mindestens fünfmal übernachtet, drei davon ohne Probleme, 2 Mal

Wir lieben dieses Hotel wirklich! Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Beste von allen, der Service ist Top-Notch. Besondere Erwähnung an M' Eileen, Joe, Harold und Jae im Club Lounge. Sie haben uns wirklich gepflegt, als wir da waren.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Ein hervorragendes modernes Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage im Zentrum von Subic gegenüber der Ayala Mall, wo viele Geschäfte und Essen gefunden werden können. Es ist neu, so gab es einige Zahnprobleme mit der weichen Öffnung, aber wir können die erste Klasse-Höflichkeit und Professionalität seiner schönen Mitarbeiter bezeugen. Wahrscheinlich besser warten eine Weile für die gesamte Palette von Einrichtungen (Badewanne ist noch nicht bereit, etc.). Die Zimmer sind hervorragend für den Preis und die Betten komfortabel, Dusche modern, hervorragende WLAN und TV-Optionen. Wird sicherlich hier wieder bleiben. Entfernung und Entfernung der beste Ort, um in Subic Bay Area zu bleiben.

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Meine Freundin meinte, das Bett sei total verführerisch gewesen! Auch das Aqua und die Getränke dort haben uns super gefallen! Wir haben sogar eine Meerjungfrau in den Wassergräben des Aqua schwimmen sehen! 10 Sterne, aber einen Stern Abzug, weil es kein Netflix auf dem Fernseher gab. Meine Freundin sagte: „Ich erinnere mich, als wir im Fields Plaza waren, da gab es Netflix und YouTube auf dem Fernseher!“

Die Service ist wie die nicht wissen, was sie tun werden ... Sie haben in so vielen Fällen Probleme, aber sie haben mindestens 4 Rezeption vor, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie ihre Job für mich gemacht. Wir haben den Kundenservice für welches Bad Matte sie zu spät kamen wir müssen zumindest 2-3 anrufen, um es zu bringen..

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️
