"Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases. On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security."

"Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Harvest Hotel - Hoch empfohlen. Mein kürzlich im Hotel Harvest war nichts weniger außergewöhnlich Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, wurde ich mit Wärme und Effizienz begrüßt. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos. Das Essen war absolut lecker vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Die Lage ist ideal in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Die Live-Musik im Restaurant war fantastisch zusätzlich zu der Gesamterfahrung. Es war perfekte Weg zu entspannen.. Ich empfahl Harvest Hotel. Es bietet eine perfekte Mischung von Komfort, Komfort und hervorragender Service."

"Huge thanks to Janine and Ruel for helping us call a taxi—it was a lifesaver since we couldn’t get a Grab for some reason on Sunday morning. This is a great place for a vacation; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the acoustic music in the evening was fantastic. Even though outside food isn’t allowed, the dining options are diverse and everything tasted very fresh. On the downside, we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in our room, and the bathroom water pressure was quite weak with a slightly clogged drain. Overall, though, it was still a great experience."

"This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!"

"Hotel mit guter Lage, neu mit geräumigen Zimmern gebaut. Großer Fitnessbereich sowie der unendliche Pool am Dachdeck. Das Personal war unermüdlich und der Service war überall gedacht, nicht ein negatives Wort auf den Service als solche. Das arme Teil und das war wirklich eine Katastrophe, das Frühstück, der Abend zu Filipino-Stil, aber das war nicht einmal nahe. Das Angebot war nicht wert dieses mittleren Neubau Hotel."

"I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious."
