The size of room is more than what I expected considering the low price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is generally clean

Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

The hotel itself is located close to the city and the mall. It’s clean and the most of the staff were accomodating. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Food served in the two restaurants in the lobby and on the roofdeck were great! Things I didn’t really like: Power outages: I understand that there was a 12-hour blackout happening in the city and that the power supplier is a total mess. But a hotel of this caliber should have automatic backup generators that need to fire up as soon as there are power outages from the grid which should make the power outage unnoticeable. All throughout the night, there were at least 8 or 9 times that the power went on and off in quick succession in a span of an hour. I needed to get up several times to turn on the air conditioning system every time that there was a power outage. Pillows: It was a little too firm for me. Laying on it positioned my head in an uncomfortable way unlike softer pillows or memory foam pillows which are more comfortable. The pillows also retained heat, which also added to the discomfort. I suggest investing in better quality ones considering the cost of the hotel (memory foam pillows and/or cooling pillow). I ended up sleeping with no pillow under my head, which was ok since the mattress has a good balance of firm and soft. Shower: This may be a maintenance issue. The shower drain in my room (257) weren’t draining water well. It was probably clogged with hair or other foreign objects. The water filled the floor quickly which made it overflow into the room. Needed to use the towel to wipe off the puddle. Also, the hotel maintenance staff needs to fix the water pressure. It was too low and the shower head need maintenance since some of the holes are already probably clogged with mineral deposits. One of the staff members in the Le Sans Cafe: I didn’t remember her name but she had this vibe that didn’t sit right with me. She was smiling to other customers but when I tried interacting with her to order food or ask for water, her mood seemed to change from welcoming to unwelcoming. It seemed like she didn’t want me in the restaurant to the point that I felt uncomfortable and felt afraid to get her attention. I had to wait for the other waitress/waiters to come by my table to ask for something. The other staff members were okay. They were smiling as they took my order and seemed genuine that they wanted me to be there. Check out process: it took a little too long for the room check to finish upon my check out. Needed to wait 20 minutes in the lobby until they called my attention to tell me I’m free to go. Other hotels I’ve booked took less than 5 minutes and some didn’t even have to do a room check. One staff member that had a RBF and the slow check out process are the reasons for my 3 star rating on service. The clogged drain and faulty shower heads and low water pressure plus the constant power outage are the reasons for my 3 star on ammenities. Hoping that the management or owner sees this so they can improve on an otherwise really nice hotel.

Als wir zum Beispiel das erste Zimmer betraten, das uns zugewiesen wurde, war der Fernseher an, das Handtuch hatte Lippenstiftflecken und neben dem Bett stand ein Einkaufswagen – ich komme zu dem Schluss, dass das Zimmer möglicherweise bereits zugewiesen war oder die ursprünglichen Bewohner es nicht überprüft haben noch raus. Außerdem ließ sich das nächste Zimmer, das wir bekamen, nicht richtig schließen und als wir zurückkamen, stellten wir erst fest, dass es noch offen war. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass nichts verloren gegangen ist, sodass ich auf die Ehrlichkeit von Bicolanos vertrauen kann. Der Safe war jedoch verschlossen, sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Als wir zum Abendessen gingen, waren fast alle Gerichte, die wir probieren wollten, nicht verfügbar. Ansonsten war es immer noch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hinsichtlich der Bequemlichkeit, der Zimmerkategorie und des Komforts gut.

Das Hotel überstieg in jedem Fall meine Erwartungen! Die Einrichtungen waren topnotch, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und unterkunftsfähig, und das Essen war außergewöhnlich. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und das Engagement für Exzellenz, die durch alle Aspekte meines Aufenthalts durchdrängten. Ob ich mich in meinem Zimmer entspannte, die Einrichtungen des Hotels genießte oder die leckere Küche erlebte, fühlte mich, als würde ich das Beste von dem Besten erleben.

The place is good but it is far a bit from the city. Good thing we have a motorcycle to visit the tourist spots we want to see. The room is clean and best for a long stay and group vacation. Can recommend to other friends. The pool is warm due to the reason that it was a rainy day. So far, the hotel is simple and peaceful.

The property seems like new, as evident in the towels, linens, and fixtures. I have tried several Go Hotels property, which are very basic.. so this is the my first “Plus” and I was pleasantly surprised of the interiors and the quality of linens, and even the amenities (e.g., toothbrush, slippers) which are lacking in the “basic” go hotels. The space seems bigger too. I just hated that they still carried the separate bathroom and shower thing.. it’s a feature of Go Hotels that I always hated. Nonetheless, the “Plus” went beyond my expectations. The breakfast was of good value to the amount we paid. But if you’re adding breakfast after you have booked the hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it coz it’ll be more expensive. Now, I don’t mind paying more to get the “Plus”

Schöner Fitnessbereich und schöner Pool. Service des Personals war ziemlich gut und freundlich. Wir hatten jedoch nach dem Braunschweiß kein heißes Wasser. Wir wurden ersucht, 30 Minuten zu warten. bis eine Stunde nach der Elektrizität zurückgekommen. Wir warten 2 Stunden ohne heißes Wasser. Der Duschebad ist überhaupt nicht sicher. Es war zu hoch und gefährlich. Es gibt keine Anti-Schleifen und das macht es sogar gefährlich. Ein anderes ist, es gibt keine elektrische Ausfahrt auf der linken Seite des Betts, die es schwer macht, das Telefon zu laden. Auch ich bat um eine Box von Gewebepapier und ich erhielt 2 Toilettenpapiere. Ich wurde informiert, dass sie nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Von allen Hotels, die wir geblieben haben, ist dies das teuerste, aber kann nicht Gewebepapier liefern. Wir werden nächstes Mal eine UMA versuchen.

Good place to rest and relax. Staff are very accommodating. Clean area hotel.
