I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

We had a lovely short stay in Aarya. Starting off with convenience: by being transported by the vehicle arranged by the hotel from the Intl Airport at no extra cost. This was a lovely touch by the hotel as sometimes travellers may want to avoid the hassle of negotiating with taxi drivers and firms. Then being greeted by the wonderful staff at the reception with khada & a glass of refreshing drink. The check in was smooth and seamless. The hotel itself was remarkably decorated to a classic Nepali ‘Newari’ culture which was very impressive. Located in the heart of Thamel, but slightly away from the drawing music & hustle and bustle of the streets to provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that we certainly needed after a long flight. Our room was spacious and kitted out with all the amenities and not forgetting, wonderfully decorated again. The facilities provided in the Hotel, from the Gym to the swimming pool was again impressive considering we were in the heart of Thamel. I particularly enjoyed the view of Sundhara Dharahara and SkyWalk tower whilst running on Treadmill and going for a swim and also the view of Swayambhu whilst doing weights in the Gym. The Sora restaurant at the top floor provided us a majestic view of the city whilst dining both during dinner and breakfast. The glass floor at the dining area was also something unique at the hotel which we have not seen in Nepal. Food was of the highest quality, and we were thoroughly satisfied with dinner and particularly the wide range of options available on the breakfast buffet, from nepali classics such as Sel Roti and Puri to modern cuisine such as Masala Omelette and Sausage & Bacon. Truly a stay to remember and we have already recommended it to our friends and family and will definitely come back to stay here again!! Nachdem ich über 12 Jahre weltweit reiste, bin ich sehr selektiv geworden, wo ich mich entscheide zu bleiben. Ich genoß das Aryatara Katmandu Hotel so sehr, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt um eine weitere Woche verlängerte. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, heißes Wasser Duschen, kalte AC, wenn erforderlich, und kostenloses Internet. Einige Aufenthalte bieten sogar ein komplimentarisches kostenloses Buffet Frühstück. Es gibt auch ein Reisebüro, um Ihnen bei Buchungsausflügen zu helfen. Die Lage ist ideal für die Erforschung lokaler Cafés, Pubs, lokaler Marken und Restaurants, alle in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und persönlich, und der Preis ist sehr vernünftig. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Das Hotel ist bequem gelegen und das Zimmer hatte ein schönes traditionelles Design. Allerdings fand ich einen starken Geruch im Zimmer, was mein Aufenthalt unkomfortable machte. Ich habe Rauch verbrannt, um die Luft zu verbessern, was unerwartet zu einem Streit mit dem Hotel über die Entschädigung führte. Die Summe, die sie beantragten, war überraschend hoch und für mich schwer zu verstehen. Schließlich wurde die Frage über die Buchungsplattform gelöst, aber die Erfahrung war stressig und nicht etwas, was ich auf meiner Reise erwartet hatte. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann solche Situationen in Zukunft mit mehr Flexibilität und Verständnis bewältigen

Sie sind sehr gastfreundlich und das Personal an der Rezeption war fantastisch. Sie akzeptieren internationale Visa-Karten. Jede Etage hat einen schönen Balkon zum Tratschen, Kaffeetrinken und Rauchen. Für dieses Budget das beste Hotel. Mein Zimmer war 404. Probleme: 1. Das Telefon war nicht tot. 2. Die Vorhänge sind sehr dünn, sodass man morgens in der Sonne nicht schlafen kann. 3. Die Türen und Fenster sind sehr alt, daher hört man alles, wenn jemand außerhalb des Zimmers spricht, und vielleicht hört man auch von jemandem. 4. Sie stellen nur Taschentücher und Seife zur Verfügung, aber keine Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta oder Shampoo. Wenn Sie dieses Hotel also buchen, behalten Sie dies bei sich. 5. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, wenn Sie also die Treppen nicht mögen, ist es nichts für Sie und Sie können mit dem Hotel sprechen, bevor Sie das Zimmer im 2. Stock buchen.

Highly recommend Lakhey Hotel! Great location in Kathmandu, excellent value for money. Spacious rooms with nice city views, and the service is top-notch. The boss speaks fluent Chinese, offers free travel info, and there’s even a Chinese restaurant on-site. Breakfast is delicious. Perfect for anyone – will definitely stay again!

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen, nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig, ohne Flugzeug- oder Verkehrslärm – viel angenehmer als in Touristengebieten. Das Hotel ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vergleichbar mit gehobenen Hotels in Nepal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Flughafentransfer ist kostenlos, für das Absetzen am Flughafen wird jedoch eine Gebühr erhoben. Das Hotel ist von Wohnhäusern umgeben und bietet Frühstück sowie einen 24-Stunden-À-la-carte-Service. Trekking in Nepal ist einfach fantastisch!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Ich habe die friedliche Atmosphäre und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der ganzen Unterkunft besonders geschätzt. Die Lage war auch sehr bequem, nahe den Geschäften und Transport. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben und empfehlen, es jedem zu suchen, einen entspannten und harten Aufenthalt!
