"I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu."

"Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average."

"This used to be my favourite hotel for business trips, but sadly, it’s no longer well maintained. The floor was dirty, and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom had turned yellow. The bed I slept on smelled damp, as if the bedsheet wasn’t fully dried — very uncomfortable. The bedroom floor was also not clean. I really hope Payang management will look into these issues and bring the hotel back to its previous standards."

"Neues Hotel, das gerade im August 2024 eröffnet wird und in der Nähe des Bootsanlegers Pulau Perhentian liegt. Kostenlose Parkplätze mit offenem Parkplatz Der Zimmerpreis war im Vergleich zur Gegend um Kuala Besut ziemlich teuer (305 RM für Frühstück für 2 Personen). Abgelegene Gegend und in der Nähe des Bootsanlegers Kuala Besut. Man muss fahren, um Essensstände zu finden. Das Hotel bietet Verkaufsautomaten zum Kauf von Snacks und Getränken. Zimmer zu klein. Nichts Besonderes an diesem Hotel, ähnlich einem einfachen Hotel. Frühstück mit einfachen Mahlzeiten Das lokale Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Zunächst einmal, das Personal sehr schön und gut Vibes. Sie bieten die besten Dienstleistungen je. Antworten Sie alle Frage schön. Auch bieten Sie den leistungsfähigsten Zimmerservice. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Restaurants Nasi Dagang Bawah Tol. Wird wieder aufhalten."

"Ich hatte das Sunrise Horizon Zimmer gebucht, da ich die Deko für die Geburtstagsfeier schon geplant hatte. Bei meiner Ankunft sagte mir die Rezeptionistin, mein Zimmer sei nicht im System. Dann hieß es, das Sunrise Horizon sei für den Tag ausgebucht und ich bekäme ein Upgrade auf ein Junior-Zimmer mit Babybett. Ich sagte, ich bräuchte das Babybett nicht, da es die Deko und das Geburtstagsvideo stören würde. Sie meinte, man könne es nicht entfernen. Ätzend. Außerdem funktionierte die Tür nicht richtig. Sie piepte ständig. Als der Techniker kam, um sie zu reparieren, stellte sich am nächsten Tag heraus, dass die Tür nicht einmal mehr mit der Karte geöffnet werden konnte. Echt nervig."

"Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier! Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sauber und komfortabel. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre fühlt sich gemütlich und entspannt von dem Moment, in dem Sie eintreten. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Stromsockel, die sehr bequem für die Belastung von mehreren Geräten ist. Der Service war auch ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich und willkommen, und das Hotel hat sogar lokale Snacks als ein willkommenes Geschenk zubereitet, was so ein bedenkliches Touch war. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem in der Nähe Chinatown mit vielen Speisen und Attraktionen in der Nähe. Es gibt auch eine offene Parkplätze direkt über das Hotel, die Parkplätze einfach und problemlos. Insgesamt war es ein sehr komfortabeler Aufenthalt und ich würde sicher wiederkommen!"

"2nd mal wiederholen. Ich habe Zimmer B03, die Schranke ist sehr dünn im Vergleich zum Zimmer B02. Der Klimaanlage dauert lange, um abzukühlen. Der TV ist sehr gut. Am 12.00 Uhr wird es Personal geben, das auf der Tür viele Male klopft, wenn Sie nicht wieder auschecken. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, FOC. Der Wasserpool ist OK. Es gibt einen Waschplatz.cuckoo Maschine Wasser.Wandern zum Strand.Günstige Preis."
