Wir wurden früher eingecheckt und der Empfänger war freundlich zu bemerken, dass wir um 1 Uhr morgens auschecken, da wir nach Kuala Lumpur zurückzufahren brauchten, um unseren Überseeflug zu fangen. Glücklicherweise konnte sie uns in 1.5 Stunden früher überprüfen.

I booked 1 night stay here because I was heading to Hat Yai by train and thought this would be a good place to stay. However, the location is remote and nothing nearby so you are reliant on Grab even for food which will cost you more in delivery than the bcost of the food itself. With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to stay in the town of Padang Basar itself where food and drink would be available in walking distance and you are not too far from the border with Thailand. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Cafe which which offers basic stuff and, as far as I could make out, it not open all the time - hence my need to order food via Grab delivery. When you first turn the shower on for a hot shower, only cold water comes out, I waited a couple of minutes letting the shower run but it was still running cold so I went to Reception to ask about it. The young man at Reception initially said it was down to a Maintenance issue so I asked if it affects ALL the rooms or just mine. If only my room was affected then I should be moved to another room which had hot water in the shower. I said that I must best have a hot shower in the morning and the young man said he was the same as he also prefers to have a hot shower in the morning. The young man said he will try to find out before morning. A few minutes later, he came to the room and .said that we nust let the shower run for a few minutes and, sure enough, he was right as hot water started coming through. So, for the benefit of other guests, remember to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to get hot water. So, it was not a maintenance issue at all. On the positive side, after I ordered soup/food to be delivered by Grab, there was no crockery in the room nor any cutlery to eat the food with. The grab driver asked the hotel Reception young man for help and the hotel kindly provided a bowl and steel cutlery so I could have my food. This was very much appreciated so thank you to the young man at Reception who was on duty that evening.

it was really really good! they let us late check in without any issue, not to mention the fact that the late checkout up until 4pm is only 75 ringgit. so good!

We had a wonderful stay at this rest house. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities that made our stay convenient. The environment was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured that everything was in perfect order. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this is one of the best rest houses we’ve stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

The place is very oeganize n pleasent. The room quit spacious but the A/C is too cold. Having tough time to adapt to it. The toilet are ample. Hot n cold water are good. Only that theres no dedicated floor mate outside the toilet and have to use the towel or is it meant for.. Overall nice..

Vor kurzem im Keteri Boutique Hotel während der Raya-Saison verblieben. Gesamt ziemlich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt 👍. Das Zimmer war komfortable und genau wie in der App – sauber und anständig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Lage ist auch sehr strategischer, einfacher Zugang zu nahe gelegenen Geschäften und Lebensmittelplätze. Allerdings können einige Dinge verbessert werden. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, so ein bisschen schwierig, um die Treppen zu tragen, vor allem wenn Sie große Taschen haben. Auch das WLAN auf Ebene 2 (mein Zimmerbereich) konnte nicht richtig angeschlossen werden. Eine weitere Sache zu beachten – Die Lage des Hotels ist ganz während der Feiertage passiert. Es gab Feuerwerke gerade unten unter dem Hotel bis Mitternacht, so dass wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer sind, Sie vielleicht etwas Schlafschwierigkeit haben. Vielleicht in normalen Tagen ist es ruhiger. Insgesamt, immer noch ein guter Aufenthalt für den Preis und Lage. Ich würde es geben 4.5/5 ⭐

Gute Lage.. großes Zimmer.. Parkplatz sehr begrenzt.. zusätzliche Handtücher Anfrage Lade rm5 pro Stück.. 1. Eindruck.. Geruch von Cempedak Obst im Hotel.. Personal sollte nicht im Hotel essen.. Andere sind ok. Hotel Telefonlinie funktioniert nicht.. wir haben Rezeption mit eigenem Telefon angerufen

Check in was smooth, receptionist Cik Aina was friendly in attending to questions asked. Room was clean and tidy. They provided free flow of candy at their lobby. Ironing board and water dispenser were also provided on the corridor or each level Breakfast spread were delicious with more than one option at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
