A Last-Minute Getaway That Turned Out So Well! 🥰 We booked a Deluxe King Room for 3 days 2 nights at the last minute, and honestly, we didn’t even bring any clothes or prepare anything! 😂 Luckily, there were still some malls open, so we managed to shop for everything we needed there. The best part? 🥹 When we arrived at Thistle, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Thistle Suite! What a blessing. ❤️ This was actually our second stay at Thistle, mainly because our little one absolutely loves swimming in the pool. 🏊🏻♀️ The hotel is also great because it has easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast was delicious, and there are also plenty of food options around the hotel. For lunch, we tried Dapo Cikgu, and the food was really good! For dinner, we went to Dusun Pakdin. It’s a little further in, but the place was beautiful and the food was definitely worth the drive. 🌿🍽️ Overall, this turned out to be such a wonderful and spontaneous vacation. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Liegt etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und bietet daher eine ruhige Umgebung für eine gute Erholung. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war beeindruckend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war großartig. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Der Pool und der Wasserpark haben den Kindern den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt für einen Kurzurlaub

Bei unserer Ankunft um 15:30 Uhr war die Schlange sehr lang. Der Check-in verlief trotz vier Schaltern schleppend. Wir hatten ein Wasserchalet gebucht. Unser Chalet lag gegenüber einem anderen. Das Fenster war nur notdürftig mit Jalousien verdeckt, und wenn man diese weit öffnete, konnte man die Person im Nachbarchalet sehen. Die Möbel waren alt, aber das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und ein Bügeleisen. Auf dem Fernseher konnte man mit seinem Netflix-Konto Netflix schauen. Die Toilette war riesig und offen. Ein Teil war nicht überdacht, und bei Regen war die Toilette klatschnass. Wenn man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnete, konnte man direkt die Person beim Duschen beobachten 😅😂. Ich fand die Natur innerhalb der Resortanlage wunderschön. Alles war grün und ruhig. Sogar ein Pfau spazierte fröhlich im Resort herum. Jedes Chalet und der Strand hatten einen Namen. Unser Chalet lag in Aceh. Der Streichelzoo hatte zwar nur wenige Tiere, aber genug, um ein Kind glücklich zu machen. Man konnte die Tiere füttern, musste aber das Futter für 5,40 RM kaufen. Es gibt einen großen Swimmingpool (für Erwachsene und Kinder). Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders das Croissant! Es wurde warm serviert. Mir gefällt alles an diesem Resort, außer dem Zimmer. Es kann nachts ziemlich unheimlich sein, vor allem wegen des offenen Badezimmers.

Während meines Aufenthalts war alles bestens. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Die Lage des Hotels war praktisch und die Atmosphäre insgesamt schön und entspannend. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wann immer ich Unterstützung benötigte. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken verliefen reibungslos. Insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und war mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder hier übernachten und dieses Hotel allen empfehlen, die einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt suchen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Lexis Port Dickson mit unserer Familie. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und komfortabel, und die Erfahrung mit Wasserchalet machte unsere kurze Gehäuse extra besondere Gefühl. Wir genossen besonders die schöne Meerblick und entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und über unseren Aufenthalt untergebracht. Es war ein toller Ort für eine Familienversammlung, und jeder hatte eine schöne Zeit zusammen. Die Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt und die allgemeine Erfahrung war reibungslos und angenehm. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und schufen hier einige schöne Familiengedenken. Wir würden sicherlich überlegen, wieder für eine andere Familiengehäuse zurückzukommen. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️

My stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

The location is great--our deluxe 3-room apt was on 8th floor--great views from all rooms,, easy access to the beach & eating places. However, maintenance work needs to be done quickly: 1. Sliding door for the 3rd room is faulty (cannot lock) dangerous for children. 2. Porch railings are rusty n needs replacement--also dangerous if we lean on it. 3. Mug tray isn't cleaned well--must check this. 4. Refrigerator isn't cold enough. I'm sure this resort if well maintained can be first choice for travellers, tqvm

The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Hatte eine tolle Erfahrung während dieser Reise. Fragen Sie unbedingt nach Zimmern mit Blick auf den Pool oder einem Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption. Andernfalls befinden Sie sich in einem Raum, der weiter von allem entfernt ist und Sie viele Treppen benutzen müssen. Nicht kinderwagen- und seniorenfreundlich.
