Unglaubliches Erlebnis in diesem Hotel! Ich hatte ein *******-Zimmer (Bilik Hantu) an der Ecke des Gebäudes. Mitten in der Nacht zog etwas meine Decke weg und berührte mein Bein. Seltsame Geräusche erfüllten den Raum, und Gegenstände schienen sich von selbst zu bewegen – es war absolut furchteinflößend! Ich habe auf TikTok gesehen, dass viele Leute in diesem Hotel dasselbe erlebt haben. Wenn du mutig genug bist und Lust auf eine paranormale Begegnung hast, kannst du gerne hier übernachten. Ich persönlich: nie wieder! Das war mein erstes und definitiv mein letztes Mal.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

The location is close to attractions such as Siti Khadijah Market and many dining places. The room is comfortable, breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. However, renovation works are currently ongoing, including the rooms, dining area, and swimming pool. The dining area is rather small and not as spacious as usual.

Staff very friendly..this hotel is in the middle of the city and near interesting places.. it's a bit difficult to get out of this hotel to cross the road but the people here are kind and always give you a way to cross

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

Mein Anstrengungen, das Eincheckendatum von 25.12.2025 zum Datum von 26.12.2025 zu ändern, wurden vom Hotelinhaber nicht genehmigt, obwohl ich für eine Änderung 2 Wochen vor dem Datum beantragt habe, dass UTK kostenlos Zinsen erhalten. Ich rufe den Hotelhalter an. Hotel Minta call Trip Com Ich rief den Helpdesk Trip.Com.... sie sagten, sie können helfen, wenn das Hotel zustimmt. Ich habe wieder den Hotelhalter ... angerufen, sie verstehen, dass sie nicht akzeptiert, was die Anrufe von Trip.Com . Ich prüfe immer noch in 26.12.2026 3H2M

Always be my choice for staying in Kota Bharu… Good location as walking distance to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah… Foods are everywhere and the price is affordable… Many restaurants you could choose… For the hotel itself, the breakfast is amazing !! So yummy and variety of foods served… Highly recommended !
