"Das Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist guter Pool ist auch gut. Aber das Personal ist nicht gut in der Gastfreundschaft ausgebildet. Der Aircon funktionierte nicht im gesamten Hotel. Einer der Tage kam der Zimmerservice nicht und ich musste sie 3 mal anrufen, um mein Zimmer zu machen. Ich habe sogar einen Tag gebeten, meine Abfahrt zu erwärmen, aber sie verweigerten bcoz es ist Hotelpolitik nicht, irgendwelche außerhalb Lebensmittel zu verbrauchen, auch in Ihren Zimmern, wie absurd!! Meine Empfehlung ist, dass Sie wegbleiben, wenn Sie können"

"The room was bit small ( even though when we check in they said they upgrade our Room) so i Don't know What was the regular booking room size thn.. Maybe much smaller, shower door was not closing properly water was going out, toilet seat was not proper clean, whenever we Keep the ac on it’s coming bad smell so we Keep the ac off for our whole stay, all trowel in washroom was looking like using the for long time Look like old, for breakfast not much option & they should keep more hot food instead of may sweets / dessert item. Overall all reception & security was very friendly & Helpful, f&B morning Staff was very unfriendly .. No hi hello/ good morning.. No check back nothing ."

"Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel, aber leider mangelt es an Instandhaltung. Ich hatte zwei Zimmer für meine Familie gebucht… In meinem Duschraum tropfte Wasser ins Schlafzimmer… Das Hotel scheint wirklich schlecht gepflegt zu sein… der Flur, die Wände und die Sauberkeit… Und das Schlimmste war… die Angestellten und die Managerin stritten sich mit meiner Frau wegen eines Regenschirms 😖😖😖 Die brauchen dringend Schulung 🥴 Und das Rührei mit Schinken und Käse zum Frühstück war furchtbar 😣😣😣 Im Winter gibt es keine Klimaanlage… nur im Sommer… und wir müssen das Fenster öffnen, um etwas Abkühlung zu bekommen, aber der Lärm draußen hat uns den Schlaf geraubt… Ich verstehe nicht, warum Cristiano Ronaldo Partner dieses Hotels sein will… 🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪 Zimmer: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Lage: 5/5 Essen und Getränke Das Frühstück war nicht gut, vor allem die Rühreier."

"Были в отеле 3 ночи. Отель очень удобно расположен. Если вы любите ходить, то можно пешком дойти до многих интересных мест. Хорошее свежее белье на кроватях. Кровати жесткие. Нам предоставили просторный номер с окнами во внутренний двор. Было очень тихо и комфортно. Минус это душевая. Я не понимаю как можно мыться в таком душе и не залить весь пол водой? В номере лежали коврики, которые были очень плохо почищены."

"Travelled during ending Feb. Very cheap affordable hotel. Booked for 2nights -£95. Staff allowed us to extend check out time to late for free. About 15-20mins from city centre Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area . Outdoor gym and indoor gym, tennis court and basketball court. Very decent hotel ."

"Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family"
