Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Yu Zhuo, und der Manager, Xiao Han, waren äußerst hilfsbereit und unterstützten mich beim Geldwechsel, verglichen Preise mit Mietwagenanbietern und lösten viele Probleme durch die Kommunikation mit dem russischsprachigen Fahrer. Obwohl die Ausstattung und das Design noch etwas verbessert werden könnten, machen die Problemlösungskompetenz des Hotels es definitiv zu einer hervorragenden Wahl für chinesische Reisende.

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war köstlich und abwechslungsreich (8:00–10:00 Uhr). Leider gab es weder Shampoo noch Spülung, Bademäntel oder einen Zimmersafe, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Es liegt in der Nähe des Basars und nur wenige Gehminuten vom pulsierenden Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Betten sind komfortabel. In der Ferne bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf die Berge.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und gemütlich, bieten einen großen Wert für Geld mit ihren erschwinglichen Preisen. Ein großer Highlight für mich war das Frühstück. Das Menü ist ziemlich verschieden und bietet den perfekten, herzlichen Kraftstoff für einen vollen Tag der körperlichen Aktivitäten. Besonderes Dank an die Rezeptionistin, Абина! Sie war immens hilfreich, willkommen und aufmerksam während meines Aufenthalts. Es war wirklich ein Vergnügen Treffen und Chat mit ihr. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der Bishkek besucht!

Neben dem Sophite Hotel können Sie auch die Geschäftsreise gehen, die Reise ist bequem, das Land ist immerhin so groß und es gibt ein Essen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es wurde zweimal gelebt, das Hotel ist sehr nervös, im Voraus reserviert und das letzte Mal die Straße repariert.
