Das Zimmer war geräumig, neu und sauber! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Matsukawa, besonders zur Kirschblüte! Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe leider vergessen, Fotos vom Zimmer zu machen! Es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Check-out ist um 11:00 Uhr, sodass ich mich entspannen konnte! Ich wusste nicht, dass man den Parkplatz im Voraus reservieren muss, also parkte ich auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Ich konnte mich aber entspannen, was sehr schön war! Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten!

Came here to relax with the natural hot spring that Toyama is famous for. The waters here are dark brown like soya sauce. The public bath has several baths including one that is outdoor. There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths. The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry. The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in. A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was seamless and incredibly comfortable. ### Outstanding Service The **front desk receptionists** deserve a special mention. They were consistently professional, polite, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was handling check-in or assisting with local inquiries, their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. ### Room & Amenities The accommodations exceeded my expectations: * **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay. * **Space:** Unlike many city hotels in Japan, the room felt notably spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and manage luggage. * **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was provided. The amenities were thoughtful and complete, ensuring a ”home away from home” feel. ### Unbeatable Location The location is perhaps the hotel's strongest selling point: * **Transport:** It is situated **directly next to Toyama Station**, making it the perfect base for exploring the region or catching the Shinkansen. * **Convenience:** The hotel sits right above a vibrant **shopping mall**. * **Dining:** You are spoiled for choice with **numerous eateries** located just floors below the hotel, offering everything from quick bites to authentic local cuisine. **Verdict:** If you are visiting Toyama, stay here. The combination of professional service, pristine rooms, and a central location makes it the best choice in the city. **Highly recommended!**

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Es ist ein bisschen zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber ich habe keine Beschwerden über die Lage. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und hatte viele Steckdosen, was die Nutzung erleichterte. Allerdings ist die Matratze zu weich... In der Kaffeeecke im ersten Stock gab es einen Begrüßungsgetränkeservice mit Wein und Sake, den ich während der Geschäftszeiten so oft nutzen konnte, wie ich wollte, was sehr schön war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls reichhaltig und das Toyama Kamaboko, der Glühwürmchen-Tintenfisch und das weiße Garnelen-Kakiage waren köstlich. In der Nähe gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere gave off a wonderfully authentic Japanese vibe, which made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was the delicious traditional Japanese breakfast — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how the hotel made me feel so comfortable and welcome, almost like I was staying at a relative’s home in Japan. It’s a place I would wholeheartedly recommend, and I would love to return again in the future.

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

Very convenient location near JR Toyama Station. Room slightly cramped but good for 1 night stay. 7 Eleven on the ground floor. Recommend checking out Toyama Bay Sushi next door

Large room size with lots of spaces even for triple room. Hotel itself is pretty old style interior (shiny wooden). Carpet is a bit old. Location is next to Toyama castle and 2kms from Kansui park at the river. Good for a morning run. Staff at reception area and lobby drop off are very friendly and helpful. The car park is a building away from main entrance.
