Had an amazing stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu. Everything about this hotel deserves a perfect score. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient — right next to Takamatsu Station, making it super easy to explore the city and nearby attractions like Ritsurin Garden. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were impressive as well — comfortable beds, great facilities, and everything you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Takamatsu. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet hot spring experience away from crowds. It is located a bit remotely from the city and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely love! Driving here is quite accessible. Since I planned to stay for more than one day, they provided a free pickup from the Kotohira JR Station, which is also very convenient. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. This low-density hotel has around 26 rooms, so it sells out very quickly, especially during peak season. There is a small gift shop, but I found everything I needed there. The room met my expectations, offering enough space with an outdoor deck and a private hot spring tub. I could hop into the hot spring tub anytime. If in the summer, I would be sitting on the outdoor deck to take in the views of the woods and nature, listening to the birds sing. The lotion provided is of very good quality; I use it every time I finish in the hot spring, as it smooths my skin. I should check if the gift shop sells it. The minibar is well-stocked with coffee and tea, and a 2-liter bottle of water was provided, along with a filtered water tap in the washroom. The public hot spring is spacious, allowing for plenty of privacy. One thing I wasn't sure about was that they provided us with a twin bed room. Since I was there with my husband, we expected a double bed room. We didn’t check with them about it because we decided to use the futon bed instead, which was surprisingly comfortable. I ended up sleeping even deeper than on a regular bed.  We were also confused about the futon bed setup requiring an extra charge, guess it was considered an extra bed. However, they arranged it for us without charging extra, which we really appreciated!  The dining experience was fantastic as well. There are different sessions in the restaurant, and they assign different tables for each meal, making it feel like dining in various restaurants. The service was very professional, with the staff explaining each dish to us. Even though one server covered two tables, I felt like they were serving us privately and gave us enough personal time. The restaurant closes after breakfast and before dinner, which gives you a great opportunity to explore the area during lunchtime. There are also delicious udon restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, though—I didn’t notice any room service available, so if you want snacks in your room, it’s a good idea to prepare your own. I am looking forward to staying in their other branches!

Toyoko inn has always been a reliable stay for me. When you don’t want to do a love hotel or hostel but for whatever reason don’t find it sensible to book something more luxurious you can find a brand hotel like Toyoko at a reasonable price. Those who stay regularly know the perks (free face wash haha) - but this one in particular has a very nice view of the sunset over the bay. It’s also right across the street from the train station. Solid.

Ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Frühstück und Service waren sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, etwa 40 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und 30 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt, sodass man einen echten Eindruck vom Leben der Einheimischen bekommt. Ich bin allein auf einer Weltreise und Takamatsu ist mein erster Stopp. Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe, denn es hat wirklich zu diesem wundervollen Erlebnis beigetragen. Ich bin gerade auf dem Weg zu meinem nächsten Ziel und vermisse Takamatsu schon jetzt 😭

Das Personal des Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel ist professionell und beträchtlich. Der Service ist hervorragend, insbesondere 1) Der Busfahrer (morgens starker Wechselmann, vergaß seinen Namen zu fragen). Als wir am 7. April um 11:00 Uhr in Shodoshima Ferry Pier angekommen sind, fanden wir einen Hotelshuttlebus, aber nicht sicher, ob es das eines unserer Aufenthaltshotel. Wir fragten den Fahrer, ob er die wartete, uns aufzuholen. Er sagte ja, aber die Hotel-Check-in-Zeit sollte am Nachmittag um 3:00 Uhr sein. Er schlug uns vor, die Vision zuerst zu haben und hilfte uns die Nachmittagszeit zu registrieren, um uns stattdessen zu nehmen. Er schlug vor, unsere Handtaschen auf den Hotelfront zu nehmen, um zu vermeiden, dass wir zu schwere Taschen tragen, während wir reisen. 2) Die Dame Personal (entschuldigt, ihr Name vergessen zu haben) im Lobbyraum, der sehr proaktiv war. Sie kam sofort, um uns Fotos zu nehmen, als sie fand, dass wir eine Selbstie nehmen. Sie servierte uns auch mit kostenlosen Getränken, um den Sonnenuntergang im Halle zu genießen. 3) Das Personal am Empfangsbüro ist sehr professionell. Sie haben uns bei der Eincheckung geholfen, die Details der Zeit für die Mahlzeit erläutert und alle erforderlichen Informationen bereitgestellt. 4) Das Essen für Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön und wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist sauber und gemütlich. Das Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel ist insgesamt eine sehr professionelle und komfortable Unterkunft für den Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns und fühlen uns froh, dieses Hotel zu wählen.

Das Hotelpersonal am Rezeption ist super hilfreich und sehr geduldig, um den Kunden zu helfen. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und das Frühstück ist schön. Wir haben dieses Hotel für 4 Nächte für eine Golfreise geblieben. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein paar Fragen, die wir mit Autovermietungsunternehmen haben. Das Personal war sehr nett, in der lokalen Sprachenkonversation mit dem Anrufzentrum und den örtlichen Polizeiindividuen zu helfen, das Ding effektiv zu machen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie lange es dauert, bis wir mit dem nicht-japanischen Lauguage kommunizieren ... Gute Arbeit Route Inn Hotel.

Obwohl es mehr Zeit dauert, dieses Hotel zu bekommen als die anderen Hotels, die nur um den JR-Station bauen, hat es große saubere Zimmer und moderne Einrichtungen. Es ist wert zu gehen, und dieses Hotel ist super nah an das Restaurant und Einkaufsbereich, es ist eine schöne Erfahrung dort zu leben.

Ausstattung: sehr gut Hygiene: sehr gut gute Umgebung Der Service war ausgezeichnet Sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es ist sehr bequem, herumzureisen, und es ist auch sehr praktisch, essen zu gehen, da alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. An der Rezeption war ein Chinese, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die heißen Quellen sind komfortabel und das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Ich werde dieses Hotel das nächste Mal wählen, wenn ich dorthin gehe.

very happy stay! staff very helpful we are very appreciate, just the staff only can speaks little english, we use the apps translator so still very smooth. from airport to hotel, you can take the limousine bus, ticket buy ar the machine, bus stop just right outside at No.2 platform, has airport staff might guide you, travel time about 20-25 minutes can get there, the stop just right at the hotel, the market street just behind the hotel, Takamatsu shops testaurant closed quite early, most of that closed about 8, just some abit late.. if you want to find dinner restauant must go earlier. many Izakaya (居酒屋) around the hotel but they needs to book reservation, walk in almost full!! Car park is ¥1400 per night, outside car parks is more cheaper but inside the hotel that convenient if you bought some stuff 😆 but only few inside, no advance resersations, its first come first served every night, so u have to go early to get the parking
