Communication with the hotel before arriving in Japan was nearly impossible. Once you are in Japan, if you use a local phone to call the hotel, they can provide information about where they can pick you up if you are traveling by bus. Apart from that, the service and facilities were excellent. The hotel provided a mobile phone that you could use to call them for pick-up at any time and from any location in the Nijigen no Mori area. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Da es sich bei diesem Gasthaus um einen Familienbetrieb handelt, können Sie sich vorstellen, wie gastfreundlich uns die ganze Familie in diesem 2T1N war. Ich habe es bedauert, nicht noch einen Tag länger geblieben zu sein, da das gesamte Dorf sehr entspannend war. Das Zimmer ist super sauber, Yukata wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir die öffentlichen Bäder besuchen konnten, und der Zugang zu allen 7 öffentlichen Bädern war ebenfalls möglich. Mit diesem Gasthof haben wir alles, was wir brauchen! Es gibt auch ein privates Onsen im Hotel und der Gastgeber war in allem sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er gab sich sogar alle Mühe, uns zum Bahnhof Kinosakionsen hin und her zu schicken … Vielen Dank, wir hatten Spaß und haben es genossen! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. <3

We had an unforgettable stay at Matsuya in Kinosaki. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special shoutout to Cho, a new team member from Vietnam who is studying Japanese. She was incredibly kind and made our stay even more memorable. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and offered such a cool and authentic traditional Japanese experience. The kaiseki dinner was incredible—relaxing, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We had an early train and couldn’t stay for breakfast, but based on dinner alone, I’m sure it would have been amazing. At check-in, we were given yukatas and traditional sandals to wear around town, which made the whole visit even more special. The onsens were wonderfully relaxing, and the town itself was friendly, charming, and exactly what we hoped for. I highly recommend staying at Matsuya if you want to experience the absolute best of Japanese hospitality, culture, and relaxation. Truly a highlight of our trip. We are a LGBTQ+ traveling couple and felt very welcomed.

Große Lage, in der Nähe von vielen großen Attraktionen geräumige und saubere Zimmer, sehr komfortabel Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Parkplatz verfügbar, aber erfordert eine zusätzliche Gebühr Gesamtteils ein angenehmes Aufenthalt, empfohlen Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von vielen wichtigen touristischen Attraktionen Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, und es ist sehr komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiterservice-Einstellung ist freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz, aber zusätzliche Gebühren sind erforderlich. Gute Gesamterfahrung, empfehlen Sie sich zu bleiben

Very clean and functional room. Appreciate the size too. And the ice machine is a good addition. The selection of tea at the lobby is much appreciated.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

It was great location and facilities as well as the staffs are amazing! The hotel location is perfect, I will go back again in future. Except that the room we were staying on a second booking it's 19th floor opposite elevator area and at night had some noises, loud bang, continuously and the staff informed us that it was a sound from heater system on the upper floor. The noise was loud enough to woke us up from a deep sleep. Staff on the night shift solved the issue by giving us new room just to sleep, few doors away. It was quite enough for us to fall asleep and walked back to our original room to shower and check out. and then in the morning we checked out, the staff was just making a straight face saying sorry about that. I do understand that the morning staff can't do anything else excavations saying sorry but that wasn't a Japanese service mind action I used to experience. Thank you to clerk. Watanabe for assisting me through the double booking and giving us a request we asked on the first day. Kobe port view was amazing, we loved it so much.

Schönes und delikates Hotel wie jeder andere Fairfield. Gehbare Entfernung zu vielen Restaurants und lokalen Eckengeschäften

Im Allgemeinen ist es nicht perfekt, aber sehr gut! einem Frühstück mit Alkohol, Es ist toll, in der Schlafzimmer zu trinken! Es ist schwierig, eine Termine auf der LINE zu buchen, aber Ich bin froh, dass ich in meinem Zimmer warten kann, bis es meine Reihe ist! Die Landschaft am Meer ist sehr gut!!!

Ich habe mich aufgrund seiner Geschichte für dieses Hotel entschieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und bring es ins Zimmer. Ich habe Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht und die Gesamtqualität kann mit 80 Punkten bewertet werden. Am heißen Quellabend kann man einen privaten Badetermin vereinbaren, aber nach 11 Uhr ist das hoteleigene Bad eigentlich in Ordnung Das Bad und das Männerbad sind sehr niedrig, so dass man es im Grunde genommen selbst machen kann. Das Hotel liefert es vor Ihrer Abreise an die U-Bahn-Station, sodass Sie den Koffer nicht tragen müssen. Das einzige Bedauern ist, dass das Hotel am Fuße der Stadt liegt und es keine Landschaft gibt.
