Wir haben 5 Nächte geblieben und es war erstaunlich, das Hotel ist mit der Einkaufsstraße verbunden und es ist super bequem, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Das öffentliche Bad war so gut, entspannt und sauber. Unser Zimmer war groß genug für Koffer und sie haben sogar Refa Haartrockner zu versuchen. Das Hotel ist auch am Bushalteplatz für den Flughafen geschlossen, wirklich bequem andrecommended.

Ich habe drei Nächte dort verbracht.
Aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit war das Zimmer, in dem ich die ersten beiden Nächte verbracht habe, ein anderes als das der dritten Nacht.
Zunächst einmal war das Zimmer, in dem ich die ersten beiden Nächte verbracht habe, großartig.
Badewanne, Toilette und Waschbecken waren getrennt, was sehr praktisch war. Das Badezimmer hatte auch einen Waschbereich, genau wie ein normales Badezimmer zu Hause, was sehr angenehm war. Die meisten Hotels haben Haartrockner, aber keine Glätteisen, daher hatte ich mein eigenes dabei. Es gab aber auch ein Marken-Glätteisen.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, mit einer schweren Schiebetür, die den Eingangsbereich von Toilette, Badezimmer und dem Bettbereich trennte.
Das Zimmer, in dem ich die dritte Nacht verbracht habe, war groß genug für ein drittes Zustellbett, aber die Ausstattung war altmodisch, und natürlich befanden sich Bad, Toilette und Waschbecken alle am selben Ort, sodass es sich eher wie ein Businesshotel anfühlte.
Im ersten Stock gab es außerdem einen Salon, in dem die Gäste von 15:00 bis 21:00 Uhr kostenlose Getränke und Snacks genießen konnten.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Sapporo. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war mit einigen liebevollen Details ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Ein Highlight war definitiv die Aussicht – unser Zimmer blickte auf einen wunderschönen Park, und da gerade Sakura-Saison war, hatten wir das Glück, die Kirschblüten direkt von unserem Fenster aus zu genießen. Es war ein wirklich entspannendes und unvergessliches Erlebnis.
Der Fernseher bot eine überraschend große Auswahl an Sendern, was ideal zum Entspannen am Abend war. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Nakajimakoen, sodass man sich bequem in der Stadt fortbewegen kann.
Insgesamt ein komfortabler und angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einer perfekten Mischung aus Komfort, Bequemlichkeit und saisonaler Schönheit.

Everything is very good. At lobby there are coffee/cocoa machine and microwave to use for free, and 1 glass of wine/sake per person is free per stay. TV is on the table side next to bed. 7/11 is just 2 min walk. JR Sapporo station and subway station are within 5-6 min walk.

Be placed below bed. Enough cabinets to hang clothes . Drawers big to put things. Hooks on wall useful for hanging clothes & things . Baskets to place your towels & things when you use the public bath. Beds are firm and will not cause back pain. Room air conditioner easy to use and control room temperature.
Restaurant became guest lounge from afternoon to 11 pm with free drinks from dispensers & snacks.

This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.

看得出房東盡力去佈置旅居，但確實有好多存在的問題。 我事前根本不知道要行樓梯，拿着那麼多行李，要行樓梯真的得不方便。 如果知道我一定不會訂這個旅居。 另外隔音非常差，樓上行路也聽到，整個晚上都睡得不好！ 洗手間和浴室十分殘舊，不過尚算乾淨！

Hotel Mystays Hakodate Ekimae is a great option for travelers visiting Hakodate. The location is excellent—just across the street from Hakodate Station, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also ramen shops, resto and convenience stores nearby, so finding food and daily necessities is very easy. The room size is quite decent for Japanese standards, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are also helpful and can assist in booking a taxi to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall, the service is solid and reliable. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo.
The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

JJesscacaAbout 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone.
Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable.
Other than these, overall is satisfied.

The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather.
Check-in
ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process.

Confusion
Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English.
Breakfast
Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future.
Luggage Handling and Car Access
One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather.
Scenery
Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property.
We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

GGastnutzerKudos zu diesem Hotel. Mein Aufenthalt war erstaunlich. Das Hotel ist nahe dem Straßenbahnhof, aber im Winter ist es immer noch ziemlich schwierig, Ihre Gepäck zu ziehen. Das ist die erwartete Situation für jedes Hotel in Hokkaido 😆. Der Empfänger war wirklich hilfreich. Sie hilft mir, ein Taxi zu rufen, wenn ich nicht weiß, wie das zu tun.

Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

KKellyPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

GGastnutzerI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
