Großartig und zentral gelegen in der Nähe vieler Orte zum Essen, Trinken und Besuchen. Das Parken draußen war nicht allzu kompliziert, einfach einen Platz finden und bezahlen. Als wir dort ankamen, fanden wir nur einen Mitarbeiter, der kein Englisch sprach und das Einchecken war etwas schwierig, aber trotzdem war er sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er half uns auch dabei, herauszufinden, wie das Parken funktionierte. Zimmer und Bad waren schön und geräumig, obwohl der Minikühlschrank nicht wirklich zu funktionieren schien. Abgesehen davon würde ich wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich in der Gegend wäre.

Das vorläufig festgelegte Hotel ist so überrascht, dass das gesamte Hotel ein großer Tempel ist, wie es in der Geschichte überquert und im Palast leben kann. Die Suite mit dem Garten wurde angefangen, weil die Komplikationen nicht bequem sind, und dann wurde die Suite für die Ferienanlage umgestellt. Sie müssen die Suite für die Ferienanlage festlegen. Es ist so wunderschön und anders. Obwohl die Zimmer um 100 Euro zusätzlich sind, ist es super wert!

位置在佛羅倫薩西邊，沒有包車的話需要從佛羅倫薩坐火車到Empoli站，再打車25分鐘到酒店（50歐左右）。酒店在田野間，從城鎮開一會過來，附近每個小山頭有不少酒店和民俗。酒店範圍很大，除住宿區域，周圍圍繞着葡萄田，農場，以及供酒店項目活動的區域。 環境很美，臨近自然，貫徹原生態理念，餐廳食材部分來源於自家農場。周圍鄉間小路有高矮不一的絲柏樹，看來是為遊客出片，特意沿路補栽了一批小樹，好變成一排整齊的絲柏樹。酒店建築風格為意大利農莊，外部看着樸素，內部相較華麗，文藝復興式的裝潢優美大氣。清晨霧氣濛濛，不到正午霧散，下午光照充足，傍晚落日餘暉灑在田野上十分美麗。日出而林霏開，四時之景不同。 呆了2晚，期間體驗了松露採摘（155歐/人），和品酒（50歐/人）。體驗一下是有趣的。但是與預料不同，松露採摘的參與感並不多。我們來到一片樹林，跟隨松露獵人和獵犬的腳步在林間尋找，期間有講解，但並未親身體驗挖掘松露的過程。品酒參觀了下酒窖，之後在户外品嚐。居住期間可以往酒店四周散步消遣時光，並不會覺得無聊。滿眼的綠意放鬆身心。其實部分場景可以在大多數農村同樣看到，但酒店的配套設施跟不上，我們需要在走累了回到酒店獲得帶有度假感的休息。 酒店自帶兩個餐廳，包早飯。一個餐廳是當地菜餐廳，一個餐廳是米其林綠星。味道都還不錯。居住過程中衹能在其中選擇，因為附近沒有其他餐廳。 值得一提的是第二晚居住的泳池甄選套房臨近泳池，開門即可下水游泳，但是房間內發現很多蟲子。酒店服務參差不齊，其中一個實習生英語交流不暢，我們溝通換房花費了很長時間。而另一個實習生英語流利，且服務態度很好。 回程選擇了讓酒店預約送至Empoli車站（68歐）。

Hotel davvero molto bello con camere della giusta grandezza e con tutti i comfort essenziali. Letto comodo e set da bagno molto carino, doccia molto comoda anche se risulta un po' difficile contenere l'acqua nel vano doccia senza bagnare un po' il bagno. Colazione ottima. Personale davvero gentilissimo. Esperienza davvero positiva

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr komfortabel in Italien, mit einem kleinen Garten (aber sehr gekühlt, ist halb offen, ist besser als ein Autoplatz), der Weinberg außerhalb des Fensters. Wir haben außerdem eine Weintour aus dem offiziellen Internet bestellt, und es ist sehr interessant. Der Schlüssel ist, dass die Preise für diese Region verhältnismäßig sind, insgesamt empfohlen

Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz, der kostenlos ist. Als wir am Laden ankamen, wurden uns keine Gebühren gemäß den auf Ctrip angegebenen Gebühren berechnet. Wir waren damit sehr unzufrieden. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Badezimmer auch. Allerdings ist das Wasser im Badezimmer nicht glatt und das Wasser fließt vom Duschraum zur Badezimmertür. Es wäre besser, wenn es mehr Frühstücksvarianten gäbe.

Ich würde alle Sterne möglich geben, besonders für die Rezeptionistin. Sie war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und geduldig. Das Zimmer war nett und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt viel.
