Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und komfortabel. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal, um nach einem Tag in Agra zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren hilfsbereit, professionell und herzlich. Das Team organisierte für uns sehr freundlich einen Ausflug mit Fahrer sowie anschließend unseren Transport nach Delhi. Das war unkompliziert, zuverlässig und komfortabel und für uns eine große Hilfe. Sehr froh waren wir auch, dass wir das Abendessen direkt mitgebucht hatten. Das Buffet war schön angerichtet, bot eine große Auswahl an indischen und westlichen Speisen und war für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt ideal. Nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke mussten wir am Abend nicht mehr überlegen, wo wir essen möchten, sondern konnten den Tag entspannt im Hotel ausklingen lassen. Für einen Besuch in Agra ist das Hotel eine hervorragende Wahl: komfortabel, zuverlässig und mit sehr gutem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Große Lage. Ich ging hier gerade nach Taj Mahal. Das war mein größtes Zimmer in allen 3 Hotels, die durch Indien allein reisen. Ich glaube, sie haben mir das modernere und kürzlich renovierte Zimmer gegeben, weil ich einige schlechte Feedback über dieses Hotel gelesen habe, das alt ist und dass es renoviert werden muss. Auch hat es einen Blick auf Taj Mahal am Dach. Ich hatte das nicht erwartet, weil sie es nicht offen in den Posts angekündigt haben.

Vom Hotel empfohlen, da das Auto nicht direkt am Eingang des Hotels am Ganges halten kann, ca. und Begrüßungssaft wird an die Tür geschickt. Frühstück Es ist in Ordnung. Ich habe auch ein kleines Souvenir mitgeschickt, als ich den Laden verließ. Hauptsache man kann auf dem Dach des Hotels den Sonnenauf- und -untergang beobachten. Es gibt auch Leute, die morgens baden. Es ist ein kleiner Hafen und die Kreuzfahrt ist bequem.

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer Familie wie warme Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität. Ich danke insbesondere Afreen (Gast Relationship Employee), der mich persönlich bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel am Tag vor gestern in meinem Zimmer geführt hat. Ich möchte sicher mit meiner Frau zurückkommen, hoffentlich in den nächsten Monaten, nicht in den Jahren.
