Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spa sah gut aus, obwohl es keine Chance bekam, zu nutzen. Wir benutzten den Konzern, um den Besuch des Taj Mahal & Red Fort zu machen und er war hervorragend. Er hat uns als einer der ersten ohne Mühe eingetroffen. Auch für einen angemessenen Preis. Wir benutzten auch ihren Kontakt, um ein Taxi nach Ranthambore zu bekommen und sie waren phänomenal. Großer Aufenthalt. Große Leute. Hoch empfohlen.

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Die Service und Einrichtungen des Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow sind es vollwertig. Das Frühstück war groß und so war der Pool. Die Zimmer waren schüchtern sauber und das Personal war schnell zu servieren. Große Erfahrung.

We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.

Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war nicht schlecht. (Ich denke, es ist besser, nachts nicht zu viel herumzulaufen.) Einige Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht, aber es war erträglich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage lieh *** mir einen Föhn. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Weg zum Taj Mahal scheint sicher zu sein. Es sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

Der Verkehr ist bequem, die Gesundheitssituation kann allgemein gesagt werden, und es ist der Preis günstig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ist für die Chinesen geeignet. Es gibt einen Ladenplatz umgeben, es ist leicht zu kaufen und zu essen. Der Dach hat einen Pool, es kann kostenlos schwimmen und es ist empfehlenswert.

Reine Zimmer in einem ziemlich sicheren Bereich. Essen war nicht zu groß, aber der Gesamtservice für ihn gemacht. Der Taj Mahal Blick von der Terrasse ist klar wie versprochen. Insgesamt würde ich definitiv empfehlen, in Taj Sojourn zu bleiben.
