It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby.
Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way.
In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

I had a brief but pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The standout feature is undoubtedly its location—just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my transit smooth and stress-free.
The service was excellent, with every staff member I interacted with being courteous, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying—just what I needed before heading out.
Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Nice property and well maintained. Offers all the basic amenities as stated on the website and the food is pretty good. However, I think the staff need some more training as it seems very disorganised. The staff are trying their best but it seems like a problem with the management.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Obwohl wir im März 2023 nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, haben wir wunderbare Erinnerungen an den Aufenthalt und das kulinarische Erlebnis in diesem kleinen Juwel der Hilton-Kette.
Ich bat Lijo um einen vegetarischen Burger für das Essen auf dem Zimmer. Sogar am Telefon war dieser Typ sehr höflich, aufmerksam und voller Energie. Der Burger war wirklich nicht von dieser Welt. Probieren Sie bitte diesen vegetarischen Curry-Burger, wenn Sie hier sind. Chefkoch Rajneesh hat diesen Burger kreiert und er verdient mein Kompliment.
Zum Abendessen wurden wir von einem sehr höflichen und jungen *** Jayakarthick gut bedient. Der Restaurantleiter Vignesh machte seine Runde durch die Tische und es war sehr nett von ihm, sich nach unserem Essenserlebnis zu erkundigen. Wir hatten Meen Mulkittathu (Fischcurry) mit Appam bestellt. Es war für unseren Geschmack sehr scharf und wir bewerten es als eines der besten. Es wurde von Chefkoch Sanal zubereitet, der unser Kompliment verdient. Als Nachtisch bestellten wir Elaneer Payasam, das ebenfalls erstklassig war. Ich möchte mich auch bei Chefkoch Arun bedanken, der unsere genauen Anweisungen zum Essen sorgfältig befolgt hat. Herr Sarvanan war auch sehr aufmerksam und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert.
Wir wurden von diesen Herren so gut betreut, dass unser Abend unvergesslich wurde. Vielen Dank an Hilton, dass Sie uns als Hilton Honors-Mitglied von sich aus 10 % Rabatt gewähren.

GGastnutzerKleine kleine gemütliches Resort. Sehr bequeme Lage und Bootsjette, Wasservorderseite, Top-Restaurants sind alle sehr wandelbar und nahe. Das Zimmer ist sauber, hat altes Erbe Gefühl und schmackhafte Möbel.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich, vor allem Sumith hat die Frühstücksmenge gut verwaltet und allen helfen.
Viele Autos sind um den Ort und vergessen Sie nicht, mehrere Cafés in der Nähe zu besuchen für alte Welt Charme und Geschmack Lebensmittel.
Das Frühstück war auch gut.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

GGastnutzerI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

TTraveling TanIch war kürzlich im Time Square Hotel und hatte eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als ich angemeldet wurde, war ich beeindruckt von der hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Sie waren aufmerksam und gingen aus ihrem Weg, um mein Komfort und Komfort während meines Aufenthalts zu gewährleisten.
Das Zimmer selbst war schön – sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel, bietet einen wunderbaren Rückzug nach einem Tag der Stadtforschung. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Hotel sehr stolz auf die Aufrechterhaltung hoher Standards der Reinigung und der Gastzufriedenheit ist.
Das Frühstück im Hotel war vernünftig, mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Artikeln, die zu verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen passten. Obwohl es nicht das umfangreichste Buffet war, war die Qualität der Lebensmittel gut, und es gab einen festen Start zum Tag.
Mein Aufenthalt war jedoch nicht ohne seine Probleme. Das dauerhaftste Problem war die ständigen kalten Anrufe aus dem Hotelspa. Eine Anrufe, die fast täglich empfangen wurden, war ziemlich beunruhigend. Das Hotelmanagement möchte vielleicht die Möglichkeit, die Gäste aus solchen Kommunikationen zu entfernen, überdenken oder zumindest bieten.
Zudem gab es einen unerwarteten Vorfall mit einem der Mitarbeiter, die mich beraten, dass ich ihnen nicht im Voraus informiert habe, dass ich einmal das Frühstücksbuffet verpasse. Diese Abruptheit war überraschend und nicht im Einklang mit dem sonst ausgezeichneten Servicestandard, den der Rest des Teams festgelegt hat.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Time Square Hotel auf vielen Fronten wunderschön, mit lobenswertem Personal, schöne Unterkünfte und vernünftigen Mahlzeiten. Die Marketingtaxis des Spa und der isolierte Vorfall mit einem Mitarbeiter haben jedoch die allgemeine Erfahrung etwas gemacht. Ich hoffe, das Hotel berücksichtigt diese Rückmeldung, um für künftige Gäste eine noch angenehmere und schwachere Erfahrung zu gewährleisten.

NNevrilFantastische Erfahrung. Fabelhaftes Essen und bescheidenes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Außen des Gebäudes, obwohl groß, könnte so viel besser mit einem Mantel von Farbe und kleinen Bleiproblemen gelöst zusätzlich zu der Entfernung von Farben aus den Außenkühlschranken. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen. Große Lage. Wir haben auch das Hausboot geleistet und das war der Höhepunkt unserer Reise. Die Nahrung war für einen König geeignet und wir hatten unsere eigene Koch mit 3 anderen Leuten warten auf uns! Eine muss für alle Gäste tun.

GGastnutzerWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.
