Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir darum baten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil die Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte. Kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Goa zurückkehren.

The stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in Colva von Marriott am Hof zu bleiben, und es war eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der warmen Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die dieses Hotel bietet. Hier sind einige Highlights aus meinem Aufenthalt: 1. **Exceptional Staff**: Die Mitarbeiter von Courtyard von Marriott ging wirklich oben und weiter, um meinen Aufenthalt komfortable und erinnerlich zu machen. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. 2. **Exzellente Reinigung**: Das Hotel verfügt über einen außergewöhnlich hohen Reinigungsstandard. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und die gemeinsamen Bereiche, einschließlich der Lobby, Restaurant und Pool, waren unschädlich. Es ist klar, dass das Hausbetreuungsteam in ihrer Arbeit sehr stolz ist, um eine hygienische und angenehme Umgebung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten. 3. **Nachbarschaft zum Strand**: Eine der besten Merkmale dieses Hotels ist seine Nähe zum Colva Beach. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel und der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Es war ein perfekter Rückzug nach einem Tag der Erforschung. 5. **Essen Optionen**: Das Restaurant auf der Website serviert eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten, sowohl lokale als auch internationale. Das Frühstücksbuffet war besonders beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die jedem Palast passen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Courtyard von Marriott, Colva nichts weniger als fantastisch. Die Kombination aus hervorragender Service, Sauberkeit und der beste Lage in der Nähe des Strandes macht es eine top Wahl für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende und freue mich auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Zukunft!

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

The first thing I will say about this hotel is that it is great if you want to be able to stay at a hotel and relax there. The location is very isolated and its quite, tucked against the river. Its a beautiful scenery. However, if you stay here you will need some form of transport (I hired a bike for 500 rupees a day) in order to get yourself around. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool was good. It had a bar area and the breakfast was nice. The balconies that are attached are great for sitting in the evenings. I went here during off peak season and enjoyed it, but you 100% need to hire a bike in order to explore the surrounding areas.

Absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! ❤️ Von Anfang an fühlte ich mich weniger wie ein Gast und mehr wie ein Familienmitglied. Die Eigentümer und das gesamte Team sind unglaublich warm, sorgfältig und wirklich nett. Sie bieten nicht nur einen Aufenthaltsort, sie schauen wirklich nach dir. Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte die Mutter der Besitzer auch, und sie war so nett, mich zu lernen, wie man samosas machen! Sie waren absolut lecker, und es war so eine besondere, persönliche Erfahrung, die ich mich lange erinnern werde! ❤️ Als ich eine Schokolade vermieten musste, kümmerte sich die gesamte Hotelfamilie (Personal) um alles, sie sorgten dafür, dass es direkt an das Resort geliefert und später gesammelt wurde. Ich hatte sogar einen kleinen Unfall und beschädigte einen Teil der Schokolade. Die Besitzer halfen mir, mit der Mietfirma zu kommunizieren und standen auf, um sicherzustellen, dass alles fair behandelt wurde. Diese Art von Unterstützung und Pflege geht weit über das, was Sie normalerweise von einem Hotel erwarten würden. Und dann, natürlich, gibt es die Lage, das Resort ist buchstäblich direkt am Strand. Sie sind nur zwei Schritte vom Meer entfernt! 🌊 Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Restaurant ist frisch und lecker, das gesamte Team ist wunderbar und die Atmosphäre ist so warm, dass Sie wirklich fühlen sich wie ein Teil der Familie.
