Worst part... Service.. Not sure why such a hotel asks for a deposit in cash and with paperwork.. Imagine a international traveller..

Es macht wirklich Spaß, obwohl der Pool leider gerade repariert wird, der Service immer noch freundlich und das Essen lecker, die Zimmer sehr geräumig, danke

Die Lage ist strategische, die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr komplett, das Verbindungszimmer ist mit 1 King/Queen Bett, und erhalten die beste Aussicht vom Hotel.
Besonders das Hotel ist Kinderfreundlich, so dass die Kinder sehr glücklich sind.

Die Lage ist für das erste Mal etwas schwer zu finden, aber es ist immer noch ok.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

GGriffithsDas Personal bei Melati ist unglaublich! Wir haben nie so nett und freundliche Leute erlebt. Wir sollten 4 Nächte bleiben und bis zum Aufenthalt 8 endeten! Sie sind ein Atem entfernt vom Strand, wo wir jeden Tag ein gutes Frühstück und Eis Kaffee hatten! Das klimatisierte Zimmer ist super stark und die Betten sind groß und komfortable, schöne geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sie können auch Fahrräder und Snorkele aus der Vorderseite vermieten und auch ein paar Snacks auf dem kleinen Mini-Mart sie haben auf der Rezeption. Wir können diesen Ort nicht empfehlen genug und so hervorragende Wert für Geld! Wir werden Sie nächstes Jahr sehen:)

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

LLielyaI stayed with my children. Even though it is an old hotel, everything is still very well maintained. All staff are very friendly with greetings when meeting guests. Unfortunately the bathroom toilet does not have a bidet. And the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal. But overall I was satisfied spending the night at this hotel.
