This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung für uns, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Der kostenlose Shuttle-Service war wirklich eine tolle Hilfe, da wir früh morgens am Flughafen einen Flug zu fangen hatten. Danke Cordia Hotel.

It was a good price for an executive suite room! There was a bathtub, large room & bed, sofa, desk, fridge, all for around IDR 600K for a night. The lighting was so bright (which I like) because it had 2 windows and you could see the pretty sunset in the west side! Bed was comfy and pillow didn't smell at all. AC and fridge was cold enough. But the amenities were too standard, we didn't even get a shower cap or hand soap at the sink. They only provided one for all ”soap-shampoo-conditioner” at the shower which was nice for the environment, and cotton buds. The breakfast was so standard and they charged my son (this is the first time in any other hotel). Luckily it was for a small amount of money. Overall it was a pleasant stay because my son and husband love having a bath at the bathtub (we don't have any in our house). Oh and the smart TV provides youtube and prime videos. Perfect for a weekend-getaway!

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

A nice christmas tree decoration in the lobby while we arrived. But check in processing were slow as only one staff on duty during that time, rooms could use an update but the hotel was still clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

Wir kamen mit einem Baby, 2 Monate und 2 Jahre alt, um 13.30 Uhr an, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass wir bis 15.00 Uhr ein Zimmer bekamen, es hieß, es gäbe noch eine Warteliste, sagte Frau Tirta. Die Situation war auch so, dass sich mein 2-jähriges Kind so lange im Wartezimmer übergeben musste, dass es nicht in den Raum ging, um sich auszuruhen, und schließlich war sofort ein anderer CS-Beamter bereit, die Spuren des Erbrochenen meines Kindes zu beseitigen. Ja, vor meiner Hochzeit war ich hier, wenn ich übernachten wollte, aber dann wurde ich wirklich enttäuscht. Und übrigens, sie bekamen statt einer Badewanne einen Duschraum, wenn die Badewanne wartete, sagte Frau Tirta. vielleicht 1 Stunde später (glaube ich) duuuh

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room: Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a swimming pool, a nice window view, and a breakfast buffet. Good • Nearby convenient store, Circle K and Indomaret. • Nearby cafe, Kedai 27. • Nearby coin laundry shop. • There's a mini fridge. • Breakfast was good, varieties of selections. Bad • The aircon compressor box at the balcony can be a little noisy at night. • Toilet was kinda small, and the sink was separated.

Staying at Regents Hotel Malang was both comfortable and incredibly convenient, especially for my planned visit to Mount Bromo. The hotel’s location made it an ideal base, putting me within easy reach of the mountain for an early start on the sunrise tour. The lobby and general atmosphere of the hotel had a welcoming warmth, blending modern comforts with traditional Javanese decor. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a window view that overlooked beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet that ranged from freshly baked pastries to local specialties. This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options. Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

Parfait, très pratique à utiliser avec l'application qui rend le tout très pratique. Les installations étaient propres, tout fonctionnait à merveille, la WI-fi marchait très bien également. 

Hmmmm, der Wasserheizer und der Kühlschrank funktionieren nicht richtig in meinem Zimmer. Es wäre besser, wenn sie es früher reparieren können. Die Landschaft ist schön genug. Hoch empfohlen 😉👍🏻

It was a pleasant stay at Ijen suites. Matress was super comfy, amenities was excellent, breakfast was good. The hotel staff really pay attention to guest special request. And they were helpful too. Will recommend Ijen suites to friends, relatives and acquitances for sure! Terima kasih Ijen Suites!

Das Hotel ist erst 6 Monate alt, der Parkplatz ist flach, weil der Parkplatz eng ist, der Sicherheitsdienst ist sehr hilfsbereit, die Reservierungsverwaltung muss neu organisiert werden, die Zimmer sind sauber, das neueste Android-TV verfügt über Netflix-YouTube-TV-Kanäle, Das Internet-WLAN ist mit dem Fernseher für Telefongespräche verbunden und die Zimmer sind alle modern digital ausgestattet, so dass es für diejenigen, die technisch keine Ahnung haben, schwierig ist, eine Gegensprechanlage zu nutzen. Zum Frühstück gibt es nicht genügend Sitzplätze und Tische, also suchen Sie sich einen Platz weit genug entfernt. Ich habe das Gefühl, nicht bereit genug zu sein.

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, just beside 2 malls. Surrounded by local food stalls. Our room has a beautiful mountaim view. Also very spacious. Worth extending our stay. Wonderful 5 nights spent.

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience. Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels. The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel. Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall. Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Fitnesscenter war gut ausgestattet inklusive Langhanteln und genug Gewichten für ein paar Deadlifts. Das Frühstück kann man sich jedoch sparen. Es gab zwar viel Auswahl, geschmacklich hat es uns jedoch nicht überzeugt. Die Skybar bietet einen netten Ausblick und das Essen war gut.

Vielen Dank für den Service ... angesichts des frühen Check-ins gemäß den schriftlichen Notizen 🥲 wirklich berührt, da ich ein Baby und ein Kleinkind mitgebracht habe, also hoffte ich, früher einchecken zu können ... also hat es Spaß gemacht, Notizen zu machen Einen frühen Check-in zu beantragen, auch wenn ich aufgrund früherer Erfahrungen in einem anderen Hotel nicht viel erwartet habe, geht immer nicht... es stellt sich heraus, dass es hier gegeben ist 😭 Vielen Dank. Der Service ist alles gut, das Essen ist köstlich, Es gibt einen Shuttle-Wagen zum TP um maximal 15 Uhr. Der Hotelpage sagte, dass es auch um 17 Uhr einen gibt, aber tatsächlich gibt es keinen, maximal um 15 Uhr 😂😂🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good choice hotel for its location. Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. Along the roadside walkway, lots of local food shops. Breakfast on 10 floor have wide spread of choices. Will stay again.

The hotel room was large, clean n all amenities available. However the carpet of the room had a stale smell on the first day but bearable. Breakfast had asian spread but definitely food was not fresh. The salad n fruits didn't look as it was done in the morning. The soup was not piping hot. Our friends had a little upset stomach.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt eine Massage im Hotel, aber es sind nur wenige Leute da und es ist schwierig, einen Termin zu vereinbaren...

Everything is good! Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, services. Except the king sized bed is actually 2 supersingle bed combined, makes it feel abit uncomfortable to sleep in the center of the bed.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff, English spoken. Large room with huge comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower. We arrived from Bromo lacking sleep and slept peacefully here for 10 hours, very quiet, good soundproofing. There was a damp patch on the wall (see photo) but the room itself was not damp so not a problem, and we did kill a couple of small roaches but again not a problem. Nice views of the city. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and asian choices, enjoyed the sauteed greens, veg curry, tofu and tempe. We enjoyed our stay very much, refreshed and ready for our onward journey to Yogyakarta. Highly recommend, would stay again. To improve, the hotel could provide filtered water dispensers to remove the need for plastic bottled water in rooms.

The mall is just a short walk away, less than 10 minutes, and there are street food options nearby. The service by the staff is awesome—friendly and helpful.
