The room's comfort exceeded expectations, providing a relaxing retreat. A commendable blend of excellent service and cozy accommodations, making Kozmo Hotel a top choice for a delightful stay.

Ich würde dieses Hotel als das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis-Highlight meiner gesamten Europareise bezeichnen. Erstens ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, man könnte sagen, direkt am Bahnhof. Und der 4-Sterne-Service ist absolut nicht übertrieben, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und ordentlich. Das Wichtigste ist, dass es günstig ist, sogar günstiger als manche 4-Sterne-Hotels in einigen chinesischen Städten.

Man glaubt es kaum: Für über 700 [Geldeinheiten] habe ich dieses Zimmer bekommen! Der Rezeptionist fragte sogar verwundert, ob ich ein Privatzimmer gebucht hätte. Bei meinem Anblick hätte man wohl eher erwartet, dass ich in einem Mehrbettzimmer übernachte... Aber zu meiner Überraschung war es nicht nur ein Privatzimmer, sondern sogar ein Superior-Zimmer! Das Zimmer war so riesig, dass ich beim Betreten vor Freude den Mund nicht mehr zubekam und am liebsten jeden Tag in einem anderen Bett geschlafen hätte! Später dachte ich mir dann: „Naja, ich bin ja nicht mehr der Jüngste, da muss ich nicht ständig herumklettern. Lieber etwas ruhiger angehen lassen, schließlich bin ich alleine unterwegs.😜“

Der Service war gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Ich kam gegen 9 Uhr morgens im Hotel an. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer frei seien und man mir so schnell wie möglich eines organisieren würde. Man hinterließ mir eine Telefonnummer für einen Rückruf. Ich hielt das zunächst für eine beiläufige Bemerkung, war aber überrascht, als man mich tatsächlich etwas mehr als eine Stunde später anrief, um einen frühen Check-in zu vereinbaren. Super! Die Lage ist nicht optimal; das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Hauptattraktionen, sodass ich meistens zu Fuß gehen musste. Zum Parlamentsgebäude sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß, aber der Westbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt, daher bin ich morgens meist zum Bahnhof gelaufen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und gut ausgestattet, allerdings etwas klein.

I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. My experience was quite satisfactory, and I would recommend it to others looking for a relaxed stay in Budapest.

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer ist jedoch klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett gebucht, aber das Hotel war ausgebucht und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf unsere Nachfrage reagierte das Personal nicht zuvorkommend und entschuldigte sich nicht. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort nicht gefallen.

Mein erster Aufenthalt in Budapest. Der Service ist gut und das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort aus sind alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen.

Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Airport Hotel Budapest. Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und modern, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Der Service war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung, die wirklich keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ein großes Plus ist der kostenlose Airport-Shuttle: Wir wurden kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Tag unseres Fluges auch wieder zum Airport gebracht. Die Fahrt hat nur etwa 7 Minuten gedauert und war komplett unkompliziert. Die Lage ist für ein Airport-Hotel gut, auch wenn sie nicht ganz zentral ist – für eine kurze Reise oder einen Zwischenstopp aber absolut passend. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen würden, vor allem für Reisen mit Freunden oder kurze Aufenthalte.

Budapest selbst ist schon faszinierend. Das Hotelfrühstück ist ausgezeichnet, die Lage gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Es wird auch nicht auf Zwang gereinigt. Der Bus der Linie 16 fährt sogar direkt in die Nähe des Hotels. U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn sind auch nicht weit. Da bei unserer Ankunft viele Gäste da waren, hat der Check-in etwas länger gedauert. Es wäre toll, wenn in der Lobby Begrüßungstee und Snacks angeboten würden.
