The Cretan cuisine was outstanding, and the service was attentive and professional. There’s something for every palate, and I never had a meal that wasn’t top-notch. The resort’s amenities are equally impressive, with a spa that provides indulgent treatments, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple pools perfect for lounging. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. Apartment Stella Paradise by Checkin is very conveniently located in Hersonissos - the main city beach is just 5 minutes walk around a corner, 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the city promenade with restaurants and bars, and no more than 20 minutes walk along the coastal line of hotels, restaurants and small pebble beaches to the best nearest sandy beach of Sarandari. The apartments themselves are quite budget style, but at the same time is very comfortable accommodation option for travelers who appreciate the optimal combination of price and quality. Our room consisted of a small bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and kettle. For those who prefer to cook while traveling, there is a necessary minimum of cooking equipment, but we have ordered breakfasts, which were covered by Stella herself the owner of the apartments. I would like to say a special thank to Stella for all her help during our stay - she recommended wonderful restaurants and beaches, ordered taxi and table in the restaurant, and solved all the minor issues we had, this made travel planning very easy and made our stay very comfortable. Despite the fact that this is not a hotel but a complex of apartments, the room was cleaning every day. And a big advantage was the presence of a terrace where it was convenient to dry bathing suits after the beach, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely stay here if I come to Hersonissos again.

Schöne Lage und sauber

Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Heute bin ich wieder zu Hause gelandet, nachdem ich eine fantastische Woche in diesem familiengeführten Hotel verbracht habe. Ich kann Ihnen definitiv sagen, dass es einer der besten Urlaube war, die ich je hatte, voller netter Leute und großartigem griechischen Wetter. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen, Sie haben viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Lidl ist nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Neben dem Hotel gab es ein tolles Café – gehen Sie weiter. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie ins Stadtzentrum von Chania gelangen, wo Sie einen schönen Spaziergang machen und ein köstliches Abendessen genießen können. Das Hotel selbst ist im Apartmentstil gehalten und hat einen fantastischen Pool, der immer gut gepflegt und sauber war. Jeden Tag sorgten die Mädchen dafür, dass unser Zimmer sauber war und wir neue Handtücher hatten, und sie stellten ziemlich beeindruckende Arrangements aus Blumen und Handtüchern her 😁 Der Manager des Hotels war äußerst freundlich und ging immer effizient auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Das Frühstück war köstlich und insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm. Besuchen Sie dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall, um die unglaubliche griechische Gastfreundschaft zu spüren.

Das gesamte Personal war großartig. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich wie eine Familie um uns gekümmert. Vor allem das Personal an der Strandbar war die Nr. 1. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe von Freunden zusammen und sie waren so aufmerksam und haben unserem Erlebnis viel Gelächter und Spaß verliehen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Capsis Astoria ist ein großartiges Hotel in zentraler Lage in Heraklion. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und unser Balkon hat uns gefallen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist fantastisch, mit einer Bar mit Bedienung und vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer in der Ferne. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus, dem Flughafenbus, dem Museum und vielen Restaurants und Bars in den Gassen.

This was a great place. Obviously you need a car to reach, but then most places on the island outside the city do. Plenty of parking on site. Family run. Super nice and friendly. Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views of sea. Our room wasn't too big, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we're out most of the time. The pool was cute. We went early in morning and evening and didn't find it busy. Breakfast buffet was small but again, nothing really to complain about. We ate the food and were satisfied. It can be a bit tricky initially to navigate and find your way to the hotel from the main road. There are several routes. Just drive slow and you'll be fine. Overall, we had a nice holiday and if we're coming back to the same area we would probably choose to stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier.  Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

Das Hotel Irakion liegt direkt im Zentrum der kretischen Hauptstadt. Ausgezeichnete Lage, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, den Löwenplatz usw. zu besuchen oder einfach herumzuschlendern und die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein offener Grill gegenüber dem Hotel war perfekt, um abends ein Souvlaki mitzunehmen und es auf dem Balkon mit Ouzo aus dem kleinen 24-Stunden-Laden gegenüber dem Hotel zu essen. Das Hotel selbst ist gut geführt und sauber. Hat eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Das Zimmer bot alles, was man brauchte, heiße Dusche, Toilettenartikel, jede Menge Toilettenpapier und einen Kühlschrank. Bequeme große Betten. Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sie boten auch ein ordentliches warmes und kaltes Buffet für fast jeden Geschmack. Das Frühstück bereitet Sie auf den Tag vor, egal, was Sie als Nächstes tun. Genießen Sie Griechenland 🇬🇷
