Das Frühstück ist lecker. Die Lage ist nach dem Besuch von Stonehenge bequem, aber die Rezeption kann uns die Basis für das Einchecken, zum Beispiel Zahnbürsten, Schütteln, so dass wir nicht nach dem Zutritt zum Zimmer fragen müssen

The hotel was alright, rooms are nice and check in was smooth. Parking code available for 6£ instead of 9. Pillows both soft and hard are annoying and ended up with a stiff neck . Breakfast is nice but the food is like hunger games.... You qué 15-30 min to get a mug for coffee and good luck in getting a hash brown or a sausage haha but it was fun hunting for breakfast. I think they need to batch cook and get bigger containers if they have that many guests

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und der Empfangsmann war hilfreich und freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit frischer Bettwäsche. Und Auswahl an Kissen. Die Laken waren weich, komfortabel, aber die Matratze war begeistert. Hatten super geschlafen. Die Dusche war gut, hatte eine perfekte heiße Dusche. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ich werde bald wiederkommen.

So ein großes Team, extrem freundlich sie haben gerade die Zimmer und Hotel renoviert Die Mocktails waren erstaunlich Das Essen ist extrem gut, ich habe meine örtlichen Freunde zum Abendessen und zum Mittagessen eingeladen und sie sprachen darüber am nächsten Tag, was immer ein gutes Zeichen ist. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal bleiben, das einzige, was ich sagen würde, ist, dass die Betten/Matratzen extrem fest sind. Aber alles andere ist perfekt 👌

Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.

lovely, well kept hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us and were great with the little one. restaurant/bar was also very clean and staff kept on top of clearing tables etc. The food we had was very nice, a bit expensive but a nice treat. nice childrens menu, featuring 2 or 3 course options too. I would definitely book here again and recommend to others. Very pleased with the accommodation, nice comfortable family room. room 321. only downside was the sight of mould on the ceiling above bath/shower but everything else was brilliant.

Me and My Friend Booked This Hotel as it was Near to the Venue we was going to See a Gig at.The Room was Lovely and the Hotel Overall was Very Clean and the Bed was Very Comfy.Would Definately Recommend it to Anyone.

Die Lage ist super gut in der Nähe der Kathedrale, die Kette der Hotel-Servicestandards, der Nachteil ist, dass es keine Leitung gibt. Der Vorteil ist, dass die Umgebung des Frühstückshauses wirklich gut ist und jedes Mal, wenn Sie Frühstück essen, noch ein bisschen mehr tun müssen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.
