Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel verblieben haben, obwohl es das erste Mal, dass wir Trip verwendet haben, um die Buchung zu machen. Dieses ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und eine gute Auswahl an Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war sauber und komfortabel. Es war ruhig und es war eine gute Nachtschlaf. Wenn ich einen negativen Punkt machen müsste, wäre es, dass wir eine zusätzliche Parkgebühr zahlen mussten und das war nicht der Fall zuvor. Ich habe nichts über Parkgebühren bemerkt, als ich die Buchung gemacht habe, obwohl es dort gewesen sein könnte. Als Hotelgast, den ich erwartet würde, übernachtende Parkplätze ergänzen, aber dies wird nicht beeinflussen, ob wir wieder im Hotel bleiben oder nicht. Danke für das freundliche Personal und gratulieren dem Reinigungspersonal, dass Sie uns mit einem schönen Zimmer vorgestellt haben.

Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Wir leben recht lokal, aber wir entschieden hier zu bleiben, da meine Tochter & ihre Freunde prom war im Weineigentum lokal zum Hotel, wir wollten unsere Mädchen prom etwas besonderer machen. Personal we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in refrigerant fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area that was also very good. Ich würde es empfehlen und würde es sicher wieder hier bleiben.

Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Indoorpool, Außenpool, 2 Sauna, Eisbad, Tennisplätze, Orchard und Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch Archee, Fahrradverleih und sogar Bootsverleih, so dass Sie eine kleine Reise am Fluss haben. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gemacht, aber es gibt eine nette kleine Kaffeebar mit Gewürz und für das Abendessen das Hauptrestaurant arbeitet mit rund 30 Optionen ein Buffet-Stil, so dass Sie ein wenig von allem versuchen können. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war auch sehr gut. Schließlich möchte ich nur erwähnen, dass mein Partner ein paar Behandlungen im Spa genossen und sagte, dass ihre Erfahrung großartig war. Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.
