Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Bei der Ankunft des Hotels, wo wir gebeten haben zu bezahlen. Wir hatten bereits gezahlt, aber der Desk war unsicher, so lassen Sie uns ins Zimmer gehen und uns gebeten, morgens wieder zu kommen. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und entschuldig für den Fehler, den sie gemacht hatten und gab uns zu ihrer Zeit Frühstücksgutscheine. Wir informierten sie, dass wir kein Arbeitsfenster hatten und es war unkomfortable warm im Zimmer mit nur dem Fan und keine Luftkon. Sie gab uns eine Karte für den Air Con, aber leider war der Air Con extrem schlecht. Nach 2 unkomfortable heißen Nächten informierten wir die Dame bei der Überprüfung, dass wir nicht die beste Erfahrung in Bezug auf die Temperatur unseres Zimmers. Sie entschuldigten sich, aber es war noch unbehaglich. Neben diesem Aufenthalt war sehr willkommen und sehr sauber.

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht gut - wenn Sie ein Zimmer eingehen, erwarten Sie einen Lichtschalter in der Nähe der Tür, statt zu den Lichtschaltern halbwegs in das Zimmer neben dem Bett zu gehen, sogar der Empfänger war verwirrt. Um ein Licht in der Nähe der Tür zu bekommen, müssen Sie das Badezimmer Licht auf !!!
Eine Socket auf der linken Seite des Fensters ist Seitenanordnungen !!!
Die Socken auf der rechten Seite des Kleidungstischs sollten nicht auf der einen Seite der anderen sein
Viele Kondensation auf den Fenstern drehen daher aufgrund der Aluminiumrahmen

Ein sehr warmes Willkommen von Mike, der das Gebäude verwaltet. Unser Zimmer wurde als Schatz der Brüste bezeichnet. Es war schön dekoriert, ein riesiges modernes Badezimmer mit Regenschlauch über dem oberen.
Wir hatten am Abend ein Essen und obwohl wir vor der Ankunft nicht gebucht hatten und sie waren voll gebucht Mike hatte keine Frage, uns einen Tisch mit einem großen Blick auf die Broads zu finden.
Wir würden in Zukunft sicher wieder zurückkehren. Die Atmosphäre des Pubs ist entspannt, aber sehr professionell. Kredit an den Chef.
Eine Hochzeit fand am Tag der Ankunft statt, aber das hat uns keine Lärmprobleme verursacht und wir genossen, von der Ferne zu beobachten!
Alle Mitarbeiter und Mike konnten nicht genug für uns tun und wir wurden eine späte Abreise angeboten, die wir nett akzeptiert.
Scham, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten, sondern eine gute Entschuldigung für die Rückkehr!
Vielen Dank, Mike und Team für Ihre außergewöhnliche Service. Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung hatten wir.

Seit Jahrhunderten der Geschichte des Hotels, wenn Sie zum Frühstück gehen, werden Sie einen sehr historischen Gefühl finden. Die Kirche gegenüber kann nach Dagua gehen, Hunderte von Jahren Geschichte. Die ganze Stadt ist ein Jahrhundert altes Gebäude und hat Zeit, um zu gehen. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe, zu Fuß in zehn Minuten.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Very convenient for the city centre. The independent cafes & restaurants of St Benedicts are very close. WiFi isn't great, but the hotel is clean, warm and well soundproofed. You don't really use a Premier Inn for more than sleeping and this is fine. Duke St car park is next door for an additional charge

Die Service vom Personal war ok, aber die Zimmer wurden nicht für 5 Tage gereinigt ? ?
Ich habe den Empfang angeraten, dass der Mantelhänger auf der Badezimmertür fehlte, daher keinerlei Ort, um entweder Kleidung Kleidung oder Handtücher zu hängen. Obwohl es ein kleiner Radiator war, ist es nicht groß genug für vier Handtücher. Außerdem habe ich erwähnt, dass das Zimmerfenster doppelt verglast hatte.
Auch die Abendsaal kann verbessert werden.
Das Essen und der Service waren gut.

I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout.
From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed.
The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains.
The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting.
Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon.
The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.

AAngelita LoidaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting.
While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully.
Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

ZZara MonicaBooked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

GGastnutzerCommunal toilets were clean, the hotel was warm but due to not being able to adjust the heating in the room ( house rules ) it was unbearably hot so we had to have the window open - no consideration from the staff at the restaurant next to the hotel as they were loudly throwing things into the bins just below our room at 12am. Therefore my partner had extremely broken sleep, did not feel rested and was exhausted the next day, but good value for what it is and likely better for solo business travelling as the hotel can supply earplugs.
Rang the number for the hotel as advised before checking in, called three times but no answer so had to ring the doorbell twice before being let in, staff seemed unhappy to be answering the door and slightly unwelcoming ( this was at only 5pm )

GGastnutzerModern hotel with a welcoming lobby and big reception area. Situated next to the Norwich City football stadium and some rooms overlook the pitch which is fun for football fans ! There is a big retail park across the road and it’s approx 10 minutes walk to restaurants, pubs overlooking the river and then just a few minutes further onto the main rail station .
Rooms equipped with large beds and useful amenities which include hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities , iron and ironing board . Nice big modern room and our bathroom had a bath aswell as a shower .
We had dinner in the restaurant but unfortunately the food wasn’t a high standard compared to the rest of the hotel . The staff were helpful though over this aspect .

The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok.
The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel.
We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers.
Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces.
Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself.
We look forward to going back.
