I regret that I didn't stay for two nights at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the area. While the hotel does have a slightly old appearance and the sound insulation could be better, I appreciated the fact that there is an elevator, which adds to the overall convenience of the stay.15 -20 min away from seven sister

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The facilities were well-maintained, offering great amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return! Worth to mention lots of space on the stairs and also access to the lift.

Die Straße ist am anderen Ende des Meeres. Die Sonne ist sehr bequem morgens zu sehen. Die Hotelbedienste sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Es gibt einen großen Teppich und eine willkommene Kuchen. Es gibt einen Elektrösse.

we had to call 2 time during the night,our 21 month old small one was shevering since they have turn off the heater,then one of the store staff has provided us external heater,we have paid for all the facilities but seems like manager needs to cut down the cost by turning off the heater by their end to save money,,patetic to see something from a best hotel in the area......

Used this as a convenient stay over to attend a function locally. It was much better than expected. We were able to use the swimming pool and sauna before we went out. We had a lunch in the bar which was reasonably priced and good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and hot, great selection fruit yoghurt cereal and full English with tea and coffee. I would use this hotel again

Amazing location. But very tired looking. There was worn carpet and peeling paint. We were kept up at night by the people in the hotel next door loudly emptying bottles into bins through the night. The photo shows the view from our window of the other hotel's loading bay.

The view is our go to hotel when we come to Eastbourne. The staff and facilities are excellent, the rooms are a great size with great views and we enjoy sitting in the bar area with our friends watching the world go by. The area is excellent and we have never struggled to park the car, remember to get a voucher from reception. We will be back!

An average location, such as Eastbourne, that is far from the pier and town center, with high deposits and a no-pet policy, can make the search quite confusing for serious travelers or remote workers with pets. A very nice and friendly guy at the reception, but confused by the hotel's policies. Cannot explain me why the hotel appears in pet only search.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel, wir haben einen tollen Service von freundlichem und effizientem Personal. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel mit schönen Blicken. Die Bar servierte eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Cocktails. Wir haben sie nicht gegessen, als wir mit der Familie trafen.

The kings Hotel was in a good location on the seafront. Parking could cause you some issues on arrival as hotel parking spaces are limited and also cones at an additional cost. Room 507 was very clean comfortable nice & quiet - however not really a issue the TV was not tuned you would have expected just to turn it on with a choice of channels to select - even going through the TV settings there was no digital signal to be able to tune the TV in🤔 All the staff were very receptive informative and made our stay a pleasant experience from checking in / out / breakfast service - Thank You👍 🤗Mike & Catherine🤗
