Mein Aufenthalt im Odalys Hotel in Nantes war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und komfortabel, was einen erholsamen Schlaf gewährleistete. Das kostenlose Frühstück war köstlich und bot eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an frischen Lebensmitteln. Dies fügte meiner Gesamterfahrung eine positive Note hinzu. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der in Nantes eine komfortable Unterkunft und ein gutes Frühstück sucht.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

Ausgezeichnetes Grundhotel in großer Lage. Einfacher Spaziergang in das Zentrum von Le Mans. Parkplatz im Hotel verfügbar, was ein Bonus ist. Ausgezeichnetes sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, im Zentrum der Stadt, zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen zu Fuß gehen kann, umgeben von einer reichhaltigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe, sehr bequem. Der Club im Hotel kann Zimmerkarten eingeben, es gibt immer kostenloses Trinkgut und sehr intim. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Es ist empfehlenswert.

Ich habe im Oldegar Hotel geblieben und hatte eine positive Erfahrung, vor allem dank der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Mein Zimmer war normal und erfüllte die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt es ist nahe der Zugbahn und der Bahnhof, und es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Es ist auch in der Walkweite des botanischen Gartens, die die Gegend noch angenehmer und bequemer macht. Mein Zimmer war im 5. Stock, und da der Aufzug nur auf den 4. Stock geht, musste ich ein Stock nach oben gehen. Trotzdem konnte ich meine Gepäck selbst nach unten bringen, wenn ich auscheckte. Zu Beginn meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug vorübergehend aus dem Dienst. Obwohl es ungünstig war, versuchte das Personal wirklich, das Problem zu lösen. Sie kontaktierten sofort das Wartungsteam und halten die Gäste informiert. Ein männliches Personal hat mir sogar geholfen, mein schweres Gepäck ganz bis zum 5. Stock zu tragen Ich war wirklich dankbar für seine Freundlichkeit und Bemühungen. Während meiner gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer war jeder Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, freundlich, aufmerksam und bereit, zu helfen. Ihre Einstellung machte eine schwierige Situation viel einfacher zu handhaben und hinterließ einen sehr positiven Eindruck.

Die Lage ist perfekt - innerhalb von 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß von fast allen Hauptattraktionen (30 Minuten zu Les Machines de I'île), so dass es unglaublich einfach, die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, und das Hotel hat schöne Lounge-Gebiete, Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Freien, wo es eine Freude nach einem Tag der Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entspannen. Wir liebt auch den komplimentären Nespresso Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby. Das Hotel ist aber wirklich von seiner außergewöhnlichen Mitarbeiter entfernt. Jedes Teammitglied war wirklich warm, willkommen, unglaublich hilfreich und außergewöhnlich professionell. Ihre freundliche, aufmerksame und ehrliche Wunsch, jeden Gast zu sorgen, war in jeder Interaktion offensichtlich. Es ist selten, ein so bemerkenswertes Team zu treffen, und sie machten einen schönen Aufenthalt in eine wirklich unvergessliche Erfahrung! Wir haben uns mit wunderbaren Erinnerungen und herzlichen Dank verlassen. Danke an alle im Hotel de la Cité, dass wir uns so willkommen fühlen können!

What to say… An amazing location with great service and beautiful bedrooms. First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb… Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel… Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality. Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.
